First, clarify the guiding ideology of safe production

Guided by the important thinking of the "Three Represents" and the spirit of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, we adhere to the people-oriented scientific development concept, conscientiously implement the " safety first, prevention-oriented" safety production policy, and "treat hidden dangers and prevent accidents" With regard to the theme, we will carry out various forms of rich and colorful publicity activities, vigorously promote the party and state's safety production policies and policies, publicize the concept of safe development, and publicize the policies of all levels of government and their work departments to implement “one post and two responsibilities” to promote safety. Second, strengthen leadership and further implement the responsibility system for production safety

Combining the two "100-day supervision" special rectification actions and the actual management of the reservoir project in our office, the management office organized the safety inspection team to conduct a total of four safety inspections for all units in our department, and the engineering and technical personnel of the management office once a month. Whether the main reservoir engineering buildings, reservoir engineering facilities, power station equipment, vehicles, ships, power supply lines, wireless communication equipment, public facilities are safely operated and safely produced; whether public security is stable, fire prevention, anti-theft, anti-virus, explosion-proof and other prevention work Whether it is in place. Organize employees to study the "Production Safety Accident Report and Investigation and Handling Regulations", "Reservoir Dam Safety Management Regulations", "Power Station Safety Production Operation Regulations", etc., and publicize the guidelines, policies, laws and regulations of the party and national safety production to employees, and issue them to employees. The " Safe Message Board" of employees has made safety education popular among the people and a household name. Through study, the safety awareness of the majority of cadres and workers has been enhanced, and the safe production behavior has been consciously regulated.
