According to the overall requirements of the company's third-quarter safety and civilized construction, in daily management, we further increased safety education and safety investment, and strengthened safety supervision and inspection and hidden danger investigation.

1. Adhere to the people-oriented management work and vigorously promote the safety awareness of "focusing on safety and caring for life"

In terms of safety facilities, in the third quarter, two new speed difference lockers, twenty-six fire extinguishers, three regional management signs and more than 30 safety signs were put into operation. At present, new fire-fighting equipment is being re-purchased according to actual configuration requirements.

In terms of safety inspection, while conducting weekly special inspections with the supervision company, it also further strengthened daily supervision and inspection, which issued 4 written rectification notices, 2 work contact sheets, and total rectification items, and the rectification completion rate was 100%. .

In terms of heatstroke prevention and cooling, there are set of lounges and shading measures in the production area of ​​the absorption tower and non-standard equipment. The purchase and release of heatstroke prevention and cooling supplies are in place, and a special person is responsible for the supply of pure water and mung bean soup on site.

3. Actively strengthen on-site coordination and management, and conscientiously implement various safety management responsibilities

In the on-site construction area, we have always adhered to the management requirements for the placement of materials and created conditions for closed management. However, with the development of civil engineering in the absorption tower area, the construction site has been presented as a cross-operational situation and continues to be unavoidable in a short period of time. In response to this situation, we have signed a written safety management agreement with the relevant construction unit to clarify the management responsibilities and management obligations of both parties. At the same time, in order to further strengthen the self-management of the work team, and effectively eliminate potential hidden dangers such as high-rise objects and object attacks, it also signed a safety management agreement with the "scaffolding work class" of the unit.

At the same time, with the progress of the construction of the absorption tower, it will soon enter the internal anti-corrosion stage, and the safety management work will face even more significant challenges. In the next stage, we will continue to strictly follow the policy of “ safety first, prevention first”, further strengthen the connection and coordination of various processes on the site, and effectively implement various preventive measures to ensure that no safety accidents occur.

4. Adhere to the safety management of mechanical equipment to prevent the occurrence of vicious incidents

We insist on mechanical equipment as an important part of safety management, insist on doing self-examination and self-correction work, and effectively prevent micro-duration, in order to completely eliminate potential hidden dangers.

In daily management, we have carried out inspection and inspection of all special equipment used in the factory according to the regulations, and timely repaired and maintained the defects that occurred during the use. In terms of personnel holding certificates, all special documents for lifting, squad and commanders were strictly examined and reported at the time of entry. The special personnel after the review of the documents during this period were also re-examined and reported in accordance with the regulations. At the same time, we also strengthened daily inspections. For example, in the operation of absorbing the tower box beam, we carried out key supervision and inspection on the working environment and vehicle condition of the lifting machinery, and conducted collective discussions on the construction plan with relevant personnel.

We have also taken a variety of precautions against the prevention of flood prevention. For the coming of the No. 8 super typhoon this year, the gantry crane of the non-standard equipment production site was reinforced with a double-channel wind rope. 3. Do a good job in reviewing safety and technical precautions for major and dangerous operations, strengthen dynamic supervision and inspection before and during construction, and strictly implement the “ safe construction work ticket” and other regulations in accordance with relevant requirements. Such as anti-corrosion inside the absorption tower, hot work in dangerous areas, etc.

4. Further strengthen the fire protection management work, especially on the on-site storage and storage of materials such as curing agents for anti-corrosion construction, actively communicate with relevant parties, delineate dangerous goods areas and conduct fixed-point management, and strengthen the factory Transportation and temporary storage management.

5.
