1 Leadership is the foundation of compliance
The 201 test room, environmental test room, quality center test room and new garage of the General Test Center participated in the safety standardization activity. The leaders of the overall department attached great importance to the safety standardization work, and deployed the safety standardization work of the overall department test center according to the requirements of “ safety standardization”. The responsibility system of the Ministry and the test center was determined, and the test center was given a certain permission. There are no outsiders in the safety standardization work. When everyone worked together to use their hard work and labor to clean up the laboratory, they have realized from the inside that safety standardization has brought them a comfortable mood and a safe environment.
Combination of 5 team construction and safety standardization
The construction of the team is a new management that I launched this year. We put all the tasks of the team construction in place, and the employees work according to the requirements of the “five good and one accurate” excellent team. Through the team construction activities, the employees feel the collective. The warmth and mutual respect and concern have truly formed a harmonious collective and laid a good foundation for the promotion of safety standardization. At the same time as the construction of the team, we defined the scope of safety in the form of a team, which formed an atmosphere of learning to help.
6 play the role of the core backbone
The team leader is the core of the test center. They work with the employees in the group and have zero contact. Their words and deeds are very important for safety standardization. In the activities of safety standardization, the core backbone has played a positive role. They do not have to go to work and do not share the same parts. As long as they are related to safety standardization, they will go all out and do it well. The selfless dedication of the core backbone has set an example for the employees, and has led a group of people to do their best to do security standardization work.
7 emphasizes standard management
Proper placement of equipment is also a part of safety standardization. There are many equipments in the test center, and the equipment for loading, testing and maintenance is spread throughout the laboratories. Some are collaborative factories, and some are equipment that is not used for assembly, testing, and maintenance. They are piled up in a mess, and the entire lab is very messy. With the support of the leaders, in accordance with the requirements of safety standardization, according to the requirements of equipment, equipment and site requirements, layout and placement design, completed 44 fixed maps, using limited space, more reasonable equipment The location of the equipment, all items are placed neatly and orderly. The spare parts that are not used for the time are sent to the old warehouse for storage; the accessories of the cooperative factory are promptly notified to the manufacturer to take away; the account is established for all the items. The finished laboratory: clean and tidy; the equipment is placed in order; the box is placed in a standard; the spreader is neat and uniform; the electrical configuration is clearly marked and the safety signs are conspicuous; the division of various functional areas is clear at a glance, and now the face of the laboratory is completely new. .
8 strengthen on-site supervision
The production site management of the laboratory is complicated, and various vehicles and staff are scattered throughout the laboratory. The busy work often conflicts with the customized management specifications. In response to this situation, we sent special personnel to inspect the laboratory to ensure that the requirements of the production site management norms were implemented without affecting the daily work, so that the safety standardization activities and the scientific research project work and the horizontal test tasks were correct. As a result, the work efficiency was improved and the loading and testing work was successfully completed.
9 Conclusion
We believe that the safety standardization activities are direct and simple. In the environment where the work is standardized, the employees reduce unnecessary personal injury and improve work efficiency.
