Summary of the work of law firms in 2019

In the past year, in order to better organize the lawyers of my law firm to carry out study and exchanges, and constantly improve the professional quality and service level of lawyers in my law firm, and to open up the law firm's lawyer business, I actively explored strengthening the practice of practicing lawyers. The approach is to continuously develop the lawyer business as the core. According to the work arrangement at the beginning of the year, with the encouragement and help of the leaders, I have done some work that should be done. The report is as follows:

1. Strictly manage the internal management of law firms and establish the brand of Yuetai lawyers.

Our law firm has a small number of lawyers and is a small country in the country, but our management is always unremitting. In order to do a good job, we have also added an administrative position and hired comrades with work experience to focus on internal management. Due to strict management, since the establishment of our company, we have not found a practicing lawyer to violate the rules. The Municipal Justice Bureau and the Municipal Lawyers Association have not received any complaints against our lawyers.

Second, actively organize the training of lawyers in our law firm, and actively explore ways and means to comprehensively strengthen the training of lawyers.

I regularly organize my law firm's practicing lawyers to conduct training, adhere to high standards and strict requirements, and systematically train special lawyers. At the same time, professional lawyers are organized to discuss major issues such as the promulgation of new laws, theoretical frontiers, and hotspots in lawyers, and discuss some difficult cases. Our firm also actively participates in various trainings organized by the Law Society, and all of the lawyers in the firm are able to study hard and strengthen their business.

Third, provide the paid legal service market for the general public and improve the status of lawyers. Civil defense in the lawyer business is my long term, and I often handle some influential cases and have achieved good results. We earnestly accept the cases we receive, serve the enthusiasm of the majority of the clients, urgency of the clients, and abide by the professional ethics and discipline of the lawyers. At the same time, we provide free legal advice to migrant workers on regular visits, and do our best to help the disadvantaged. In the past year, I have started a comprehensive business of lawyers, and asked our lawyers to keep in mind that lawyers are socialist legal workers, consciously strengthen ideological and moral cultivation, and enhance the sense of responsibility of lawyers.

Fourth, strengthen exchanges and cooperation, and actively learn the advanced experience of other law firms.

I am trying to communicate and communicate with other law firms. We have organized many times to exchange experience and seminars with lawyers from other law firms, and have extensive exchanges and in-depth discussions on the experiences and problems in the development of various law firms. At the same time, we will discuss the new field of lawyer business with other lawyers through the opportunity of discussion. In this project, we are actively learning the advanced experience of Dalian counterparts to jointly promote the development of Dalian lawyers.

5. Organize practicing lawyers to strengthen theoretical study, write legal articles, and collect classic cases.

In order to strengthen our lawyer's research on theory and practice, we decided to compile legal papers and collect cases, not only to study some hot laws and regulations, but also to relax the discussion of other relatively ambiguous legal provisions and strive to improve the overall quality. My lawyer's practice lawyer has also published legal papers and legal-related comments in the journal. We will discuss and evaluate the legal papers we have written to ensure the quality of the papers.

Looking back on the work done in the past year, I would like to thank all the leaders for their great support. At the same time, I would also like to thank my law firm for the hard work of the lawyers. It is because of the joint efforts of all of us that our work has achieved certain results. . At the same time, we must also see that our work still has some shortcomings, including:

First, the business training work includes: professional training, systemic not enough, and research on other non-legal knowledge is also rare. Our law firm has just been established, and we are still in the groping phase for business training, so the progress in business training is slightly slow.

Second, business research, business norms and business development work are still relatively weak and need to be strengthened.

The above shortcomings are also the focus of our 2019 improvement work. In the next year, we will continue to strengthen the standardization of work, increase the supervision and evaluation of the lawyer's business level, and improve the system of training lawyers. Continue to promote the process of professionalization and standardized management of my law firm, and explore a management model suitable for the development of my law firm.
