Summary of popularization work

I have benefited a lot from the social practice of the popularization of the law in the disaster area. The villagers in the disaster area are very welcome to our popularization of the law, and we are grateful to us. They said that we have seen young vitality in us. I summed up in this practice. Five aspects of the problem and experience.

1. For the way we promote the popularization of the law, it is better to use the method of consultation on the platform than to use the questionnaire to investigate the investigation. In the process of face-to-face communication with the farmers in the disaster area, the flexible questioning allows the farmers to tell the legal difficulties they face and should be Disputes resolved by law, these are not available for the desk consultation.

2. I understand that the biggest dissatisfaction of the farmers in the disaster area is not the dissatisfaction of the UN's assistance funds to the villages. The majority of them do not know about the allocation of funds, but the allocation of aid materials to the village committee. Unfair, they reflect that the distribution of materials by the village committee has taken the phenomenon of arresting. If it is not caught, it will not be found. The arrested ones can be divided into many. The village committee has not adopted the method of fair distribution of each household. This shows that the village committee There is a problem with the practice of allocating aid funds.

3. In the questionnaire survey, I learned that the income of migrant workers in the disaster areas is the main source of income. The income from farming is rarely XX to 4,000 yuan per year, while the annual income of migrant workers can be 10,000 to 20,000 yuan. But I found out that one example is that a woman who raises a pig says that her husband has not gone out to work. The couple can earn one to two thousand yuan a year in raising pigs at home. This shows that farmers have little income from farming, and development of sideline business can More than the income from working, farmers should be encouraged to vigorously develop sideline business, but most of them reflect that they have never participated in vocational skills training, and most of them have only passed the national first and second grades, and the level of knowledge and culture is low. Therefore, vocational skills training in the disaster areas encourages farmers. Vigorously developing the sideline aquaculture industry to change farmers' lives and increase farmers' income is very effective. At the same time, it will also reduce the number of migrant workers and reduce urban pressure.

4. The problem of support for the elderly and the maintenance of left-behind children and the problem of education are outstanding. The source of life for the elderly is mainly based on their own farming. Children rarely pay for the elderly. They can only barely maintain their food and clothing, and they are struggling for the elderly. I know that a 91-year-old man is inconvenient to take care of his wife who is sick in bed. The children are not around, and the middle-aged farmers I know are concerned about the problems of rural pension insurance and medical insurance. Regarding the problem of supporting the elderly, most of the villagers hope that the government's pension insurance and medical insurance will not be supported by the children. Most of the left-behind children are left-behind children and raised by the elderly. This will inevitably affect the quality of education of left-behind children, or After receiving education, most of the young children go to school to work in the city, and the family can't pay relatively high education costs. This will have a long-term impact on the improvement of the peasant's cultural level, and will also bring about the harmony of the whole society and the improvement of the living standards of the peasants. The bottleneck limitation is not conducive to sustainable rural development. If the realization of a well-off society does not change this situation, it will be a great irony for the so-called "three-year basic recovery, five-year overall improvement, and eight-year comprehensive well-off" of the female director of this judicial bureau. .

5. In the exchange with farmers in the disaster area. I also learned that most of their ways of resolving disputes are based on self-solving methods, instead of using the village committee to adjust and legally solve them. In the words of the farmers themselves, they say "the problem is solved by themselves, and they don't bother them." The awareness of using the law to resolve disputes is weak, and at the same time, I am not aware of the obligation of the village committee to resolve disputes for the villagers. At the same time, I also think of the leaders of the Judicial Bureau: "The peasants only talk about rights and do not talk about obligations." The words are very different from the farmers I know. The farmers in the disaster area are ignorant of the legal aid points set up by the Judicial Bureau.

The popularization of the law in the disaster area made me realize the lack of legal knowledge of farmers in the disaster area and their desire to use legal knowledge to protect their rights. At the same time, let me know the importance of combining university students with legal knowledge and social practice. Propaganda has a long way to go.
