Seriously do the daily safety and security work of Jiaojiang Campus. Jiaojiang Campus from the original "school in the village" to the current two-thirds, from the original four doors to the current main gate, as well as the complex campus and surrounding security environment, I believe that all work during the Jiaojiang campus People, like me, face enormous difficulties and pressures. However, in the face of difficulties and pressures, I did not retreat. Instead, I tried my best to overcome the difficulties and led the defending cadres and the entire school guards to move forward one step at a time. Mainly from the following points: First, strengthen security and education work, in response to fraudulent cases that are likely to occur on students, promptly remind students to be vigilant and reduce similar cases in the form of warm tips and posters. The second is to strengthen the inspection and guidance of key and easy-to-file parts, and lead the security team members to conduct safety inspections on key parts of the campus from time to time, and propose corrective measures in a timely manner. The third is to carry out special governance to crack down on illegal and criminal activities that violate the personal and property of teachers and students. In the case of lawless elements to steal bicycles on campus, they often insist on patrolling with the security team members, waiting for them, and arresting more than 10 suspects, effectively shocking them. Criminals have maintained campus stability. The fourth is to actively promote science and technology to create security, and install monitoring in each student dormitory hall, administrative building, laboratory and other key parts. In addition, three rotating probes were installed in three key parts of the living area and the teaching area, and a three-in-one prevention network for human defense, anti-tech, and defense was formed. In December 2019, a monitoring probe was installed at the entrance of the new gate school. The personnel vehicles and some easy-to-file parts that entered and exit the school gate were included in the scope of monitoring, which laid the foundation for reducing the occurrence of cases and providing timely clues.

Strive to do a good job in system construction and management of the school guard. First of all, the “Interim Provisions on the Preservation Management of Jiaojiang Campus” was formulated and improved to standardize the daily behavior of the maintenance team members, so that there are rewards and penalties, and the rewards and penalties are clear; according to the characteristics of the school district, a monthly maintenance work meeting and each Once a week patrol system; secondly, strengthen campus order management and regulate vehicle management. Actively do a good job in maintaining political stability in schools. Focusing on the hot issues of concern to teachers and students, we will first take the initiative to go deep into the faculty to understand the ideological dynamics, and timely report the information that may affect the stability of the school to the school leaders and relevant departments at the higher levels to provide a basis for leadership decision-making. Secondly, every working day, we insist on conducting safety inspections on the campus together with the team leader. During the Spring Festival, “May 1st”, “10·1” and summer holidays, we often take the initiative to go to the campus to turn around and see. Pay attention to the safety of campus security , conscientiously take safety precautions, and guard against accidents. Once again, when the school teachers and students encounter security incidents, I will rush to the scene at the first time and properly handle them. He has been involved in the handling of nearly ten cases involving contradictions between teachers and students, student fights and traffic incidents, resolving contradictions, eliminating hidden dangers and maintaining school stability.
