Summary of acetylene section maintenance work

In the major overhaul in April, under the leadership of the company and the branch factory, my work section was arranged early and arranged early. Over time, the task was heavy, the task was heavy, the difficulties were overcome, the responsibility was implemented, and the work of the major overhaul was successfully completed. And some of the problems derived from it have been eliminated and dealt with one by one.

First, the results and experience of major overhaul.

1. A total of 42 major inspections were completed, including self-inspection projects. Some of the defects or faults that we may have summarized or that may affect safety have been eliminated, laying a good foundation for safe , stable and efficient production.

2. The preparatory work for each maintenance period is more adequate. In the preliminary preparation of the overhaul, we try our best to be thoughtful and thoughtful, spare parts are prepared and not idle, and all the fire safety measures are in place and put into place.

3. Responsibility implementation, task decomposition is more detailed. In the early stage of maintenance, the section carefully implements the spirit of the company's maintenance and mobilization meeting, seriously thinks about it, allocates it reasonably, and decomposes the various tasks of the overhaul into the class and implements it. In addition, it is busy and unorganized during the overhaul. The work is organized, disciplined, and comparable, which greatly mobilizes the enthusiasm and subjective initiative of employees.

4. The maintenance progress is fast, safe and efficient.

Based on the principle of “ safety first”, we take every job seriously and see a busy scene at the inspection site. To this end, we require special personnel to be responsible for the development of safety protection measures. If you need to cooperate with one person, you will not be able to coordinate. The value is happy that in this major overhaul, no one in my work section including migrant workers was hurt.

5. The follow-up work of this inspection is followed up quickly, and the site is cleaned up in an orderly manner. At this point, I feel that this overhaul is better than any overhaul in previous years, and it is done in place. The cleaning of the on-site sanitation is thorough and clean. For example, the cleaning of the old packing of the washing tower, the cleaning of the clean building, the return of the waste materials, the work of removing the rust and painting, etc., are very satisfactory.

Second, the major overhaul work is insufficient.

1. Individual employees lack skill in their work. After careful observation, it has been found that there are individual comrades who are hard-working and hard-working, and lack the brains and wisdom to think. When dealing with problems, lack of skill, it is inevitable to take a detour and reduce work efficiency.

2. There is still a loophole in the first-level management of the section Although every time we overhaul we want to do our job perfectly, there will always be some unexpected regrets like this. Therefore, we will work hard to make the work fine, do solid, overcome difficulties, proceed from the overall situation, do not care about personal gains and losses and emotional damage, unite all forces that can be united, and strive to do a good job in overhaul.
