I. Summary of the legal work in 2019

Solidly carry out legal publicity training

In accordance with the work requirements and arrangements of the Municipal Bureau, the Bureau has made specific arrangements for the legal publicity and legal education and training work in light of the actual work, and vigorously carried out legal publicity and education activities with the core of the "Five-Five-Population Law" as the core. First, earnestly implement the government's "five-five-prevention law planning", formulate annual implementation plans, and conscientiously implement them. The county should participate in 282 annual inspection enterprises, 275 actual inspections, and the enterprise inspection rate is 97.52%. Among them, 177 domestic-funded enterprises should be inspected, and 172 domestic-funded enterprises should be inspected, with a participation rate of 97.18%; 105 private enterprises should be inspected, and 103 households with actual inspections, with a test rate of 98.1%.

Strengthen the work of the legal system, conscientiously implement the administrative law enforcement responsibility system, and earnestly strengthen the work of various legal systems. In the case of case review, it is recommended that the case-handling agency revise the qualitative inaccuracy, apply 22 cases with wrong basis and improper punishment; suggest that the case-handling agency should correct 32 cases with unclear facts and insufficient evidence; and recommend the case-handling agency to correct 4 cases with illegal procedures. It is recommended that the case-handling agency revoke two cases in which the illegal facts are not established.

At the end of November, the overall administrative compulsory measures were taken 8 times in the administrative case handling process. In the implementation process, the administrative compulsory measures have legal basis, legal and legal basis, and the documents issued to the parties are in compliance with the regulations.
