Community 2019 Safety Work Summary

In 2019, under the leadership of the District Government, the Comprehensive Management Office and the Judicial Bureau, under the leadership of the Hailan Sub-district Office, our Luyuanchun Community earnestly implemented the spirit of the provincial, municipal and district political and legal work conferences and vigorously carried out comprehensive management and stability. And Ping An created activities to continuously enhance the ability of public security prevention and control, strengthen the investigation and mediation of contradictions and disputes, fully maintain social and political stability, and create a good social environment for the steady development of the economic environment of our community. The safety work carried out in 2019 is summarized as follows:

First, the community puts safety work at the forefront. According to the spirit of the superiors, the work plan is formulated at the beginning of the year, the measures are in place, the system is perfect, the responsibilities are clear, and the safety work is deepened into the various districts of the jurisdiction. Sign the responsibility with the units in the area, improve the system, and make monthly visits. Before each festival, check the hidden dangers, the principle of prevention, and the principle of key governance. Such as: aging of electric wires, safe use of electricity, the use of fire and electricity in the door of the store to intensify inspections to strengthen the management of safe work.

Second, strengthen basic work and daily safety supervision. Strengthen the rectification and rectification of special rectification and hidden dangers, standardize work procedures, implement work responsibilities, establish and improve the safety supervision work target responsibility system assessment mechanism; improve supervision efficiency; strengthen safety inspection and supervision.

Third, strengthen the work of publicity and education on safety production. Further improve the publicity and education work, enhance citizens' awareness of fire safety , improve citizens' self-rescue ability, prevent accidents or reduce fires. Continue to make full use of the bulletin board, blackboard newspapers, banners and other forms, and thoroughly publicize the " Safe Production Law" and "Fire Law" to raise the awareness of safe production among the whole people and reduce accident risks.

On May 12th, it was the second "Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Day" in the country. In order to enhance the awareness of disaster prevention and mitigation of community residents and thereby minimize disaster losses, the community began to carry out disaster prevention and mitigation activities within the jurisdiction on May 12. As of the 13th, the community has issued a total of 8 issues, distributed more than 300 leaflets, mobilized to encourage community members to participate in disaster prevention and mitigation and work, and strive to improve the community's overall ability to resist various types of disasters. In order to improve the disaster relief ability of teachers and students in an all-round and multi-angle, enhance the public safety awareness of teachers and students, improve the ability of teachers and students to avoid emergency and self-rescue and rescue each other, the community and the jurisdictional unit of the second country is small on May 7-13 On the day of the disaster prevention and mitigation publicity week activities, during the activity, the community organized teachers and students to participate in emergency rescue exercises, including escape drills and earthquake drills. More than a thousand copies of the leaflets were distributed on the spot. The community also published a newspaper.
