In the first half of 2019, the vanadium company was developing rapidly in the opportunity. Focusing on internal prevention, we will fully protect the company's safe production and construction, vigorously carry out the "safe creation" activities, continuously consolidate the foundation of stability, comprehensively improve the public security prevention and control system, and successfully complete various tasks. In the past six months, we have won many honorary titles from our superiors, and these achievements are gratifying.
In order to sum up the experience and further promote the work, the work is briefly reported from six aspects.
First, take production and construction as the center, strengthen rectification and coordination, and fully guarantee production development.
The first is to carry out investigations on hidden dangers of public security in contracted projects. From January to June, we spent 6 months in-depth investigation and management of hidden dangers, and investigated the situation of the engineering team and project contractors, and relied on the public security organs to carry out certain control over the key project contractors. The comprehensive start of the project is ready for public security.
The second is to set up a project security emergency support unit, specifically to formulate the "company response to emergency response plan", ready to fight hard. In many emergencies this year, all the emergency detachments were put into operation, and on-site management and disposal were carried out, effectively preventing the expansion of the situation.
The third is to strengthen the public security management of the project and coordinate the implementation of the door-entry management. Repeatedly coordinated the organization of personnel to carry out the management of the project, prevent the loss of materials; coordinate the implementation of the supervision and control of the relevant departments to strengthen the project; coordinate with the various departments of the project to implement the management of the door, and facilitate the entry of the construction vehicles and materials according to the construction characteristics. The channel; signed the "Public Security Management Agreement for Personnel in and Out", and adopted the registration method to control the public security of the inbound and outbound personnel.
Through the rectification in the past six months, the public order in this period is generally stable, and we will continue to maintain a high degree of attention.
Second, strengthen the fight against and prevent, and spare no effort to prevent the loss of materials.
Material loss is a prominent problem facing enterprises. Combating theft and maintaining material safety is a long-term and arduous task for us. Combating is a palliative, and prevention is a cure. Therefore, we highlight key points, fight against prevention, treat both the symptoms and the root causes, crack down on theft, strengthen internal prevention, and prevent the loss of materials.
First, severely crack down on theft and strengthen material security . In response to the current situation of theft, we have carried out a number of "anti-theft" special rectification activities, and adopted patrols, inspections, secrets and other means to increase the intensity of crackdowns and severely punish those who violated the law. In the daily work, the staff were also organized to carry out special rectification irregularly during commuting, night and holidays. Through the launch of the activities, a total of 5 cases of public security theft were cracked, 12 people were administratively detained, and the economic loss was recovered by nearly 100,000 yuan. There have been no criminal cases of theft in the past six months. Through the continuous development of special rectification activities, it has effectively cracked down on theft, shocked the illegal elements and ensured the safety of the unit property.
The second is to strengthen the standardized operation of the guard management and prevent the loss of materials. Since the introduction of the service mechanism by the gatekeeper management has achieved good results, it has continued to strengthen this year. Strictly implement the vehicle and material access system, standardize the entry and exit procedures; strictly implement the entry and exit inspection system, not let go of every material and vehicle; strictly regulate the patrol system, implement uninterrupted inspections, and organize secret secrets for key parts from time to time. In order to further strengthen the management of the guards, this year we also revised the "Administrative Measures for the Company's Doormen" to realize the unified regulations for the entry and exit of people, vehicles and materials. The strict implementation of these measures and systems has effectively prevented the occurrence of theft cases and effectively prevented the loss of materials.
The third is to increase investment in technology prevention and comprehensively improve technical and defense capabilities. The company's original camera and automatic camera system are not enough. With the strong support of the company's leaders, a number of camera monitoring systems have been added to the vital parts. After the completion of the project, the company's monitoring system will be fully monitored throughout the entire 24-hour period. The operation of these advanced technical defense facilities not only comprehensively enhances the company's technical defense capabilities, but also provides technical protection for the company's safe creation.
The fourth is to strengthen internal prevention and rectify hidden dangers. While combating theft, we focused on strengthening the construction of internal prevention systems, and taking preventive inspection and management as a means to focus on remediating security risks and paying attention to the long-term operation of the mechanism. On the basis of daily inspections, we have carried out many fire and security inspections from time to time to rectify various public security and fire hazards. Strengthened internal prevention of grassroots units.
Through the unremitting efforts of "combating and preventing", the company's theft cases have been greatly reduced, and the phenomenon of material loss has been fundamentally contained. In the past six months, we have cracked more than 10 law and order cases, administrative detention of more than 20 people; investigated and handled 5 public security incidents, educated and handled 20 people in violation of regulations; and coordinated more than 10 conflicts in the disposal project. The company has not had a criminal case and major fire and safety accidents for half a year. The incidence rate of various cases is far lower than that of the Municipal Comprehensive Management Committee, which has achieved the company's security and stability.
Third, strengthen internal management and improve team quality.
To maintain social stability, we must have an armed defense team with a firm standpoint, a strong mindset, a strong style and a disciplined discipline. Over the past year, we have further strengthened team building and enhanced the overall quality of the team by strengthening our sense of responsibility, strict internal management, and caring for employees' lives.
The first is to implement an assessment system and strengthen internal management. We conduct monthly assessments of employees' performance of duties and are linked to performance pay and publicly evaluate the results. Through an open and fair reward and punishment assessment mechanism, employees' sense of responsibility has been enhanced, and a number of good deeds have emerged.
The second is to take care of the life of employees as an entry point and mobilize the enthusiasm of employees. For more employees, we often carry out interviews to help eliminate the burden of thought; continue to carry out help activities, provide some material help, solve temporary practical difficulties, so that employees really feel the concern of the organization, greatly mobilize the enthusiasm of employees .
The third is to carry out reading activities. We will learn to connect with the post, adopt a combination of reading and self-study to carry out learning in a distinctive way. Everyone takes notes and writes their experiences, and raises their sense of responsibility in their studies.
Looking back at the work in the past six months, it can be said that it is more difficult, more challenging, and the task is arduous and arduous. Through the strong support of the company's leaders and the unremitting efforts of all employees, the achievements in the defense work are also very gratifying. Looking at the overall situation, there are still some problems that cannot be ignored. Mainly manifested in: the phenomenon of theft still occurs; the management of material access needs further improvement and so on. Next year's work ideas
In 2019, the company will continue to develop, the company's product structure will be gradually adjusted, and the corresponding reform measures will be carried out simultaneously. ".
The second is to strengthen the creation activities and improve the prevention system. Further implement the comprehensive responsibility system, deepen the company's “safe creation” activities; strengthen the internal prevention guidance and comprehensive management target assessment, continuously improve internal prevention capabilities; strengthen the management and utilization of monitoring equipment; organize public security and provide for disposal The ability of emergency events to ensure the overall situation of production and ensure the overall stability.
The third is to strengthen internal management and establish a long-term mechanism. Actively explore the establishment of a long-term mechanism for armed security, strengthen inspections of key areas, and implement anti-theft measures.
