School first quarter safety work summary
In accordance with the requirements of the municipal and district education bureaus and security departments at all levels, in order to further strengthen the safety work of our school, implement various safety measures, and maintain the normal education and teaching order and student safety of the school. The main activities of our school's school safety work in the first quarter of XX are summarized as follows:
First, the leadership attaches importance to the measures in place
1. School safety work is a regular, normal and systematic work. In order to strengthen organizational leadership, the school set up a school safety work leading group led by Ye Hui. The team members regularly hold safety work for all teachers in the school. At the meeting, practical and feasible work measures were formulated. Since the beginning of the school, the school has held a school safety work meeting for all teachers on February 10, February 18 and March 25.
2. Adhere to the monthly regular safety inspection. Three school-wide safety inspections have been carried out since the beginning of the school year, totaling 18 person-times. At the beginning of the school, our school started from the height of maintaining the safety of teachers and students, and took the investigation of fire hazards as an important task at the beginning of the school. At 10 am on February 10, members of the school safety leadership team conducted a school-wide safety inspection and fire safety hazard investigation. We inspected the classrooms, offices, library, instrument room, computer room, and teacher electronic preparation room in the classroom, and found no fire hazards. Our school has equipped fire extinguishers for all special classrooms and important parts of the school, and installed campus safety monitoring probes. The school is safe for staff to be on duty 24 hours a day and conduct regular campus inspections. After the inspection, our school carefully filled out the "Statistical Table for the Investigation and Treatment of Fire Hazards", and timely submitted it to the District Education Bureau for failing to maintain and set up the office; on the morning of March 12, the school safety inspection team made a big impact on the surrounding environment of the campus. Inspected and filled out the “Current Environmental Survey Form”; on the morning of March 23, the school safety leading group conducted a safety inspection on the school and found that the expansion screws of the school’s three-year three-year and six-year two-fold multimedia screens were loose. And at the end of the six-year-old screen, the school has been drooping, and the school immediately contacted the supplier. On the morning of March 24, it was rectified and reinforced to eliminate potential safety hazards;
3. Check the safe use of school students' shuttle buses and implement school bus traffic safety. On February 9th, one day before the start of the school, our school arranged for the school bus driver to go to the school to carry out the school bus safety routine inspection to ensure that the long-handled students can normally take the school bus the next day without delaying the students' school. After the student registration on the first day of school, each class teacher will report the exact number of school buses to the school. The school will arrange for students to take the bus and enroll the students in the school bus pick-up list. On February 11th, the school officially attends the class, the school bus driver and the pick-up Aunt began to carry out a strict name system when picking up students according to the requirements of the school. It was found that the students did not arrive and contacted the parents and school teachers in time to avoid a safety accident. Pass the car safety education again to the students, and ensure that the school bus is not overspeeded and not overloaded.
