Summary of food safety comprehensive supervision work of County Animal Husbandry Bureau
This year, under the correct leadership of the county party committee and the county government, the bureau strengthened rural food safety work according to the relevant archives spirit and archives requirements, continuously improved the level of food safety supervision, and focused on solving outstanding problems that impaired people's health and safety, and endeavored to protect the people. Food safety, combined with the actual situation of our county, carried out comprehensive food safety supervision work in a solid and effective manner:
I. Established a leading group for the special rectification of animal product quality and safety, and identified personnel and responsible persons. At present, 20 townships and towns in the county have set up a leading group for the special rectification of animal products quality and safety with the leader in charge.
Second, the special rectification actions of large-scale farms were carried out. The county's large chicken farmers were monitored, 63 vehicles were dispatched, and 213 personnel were dispatched. A total of 96 inspections were conducted and 47 warnings were issued.
Third, the animal husbandry input into the product operation and use inspection and rectification actions. The bureau dispatched 7 law enforcement personnel to supervise 20 township veterinary drug feed business units and individuals in the county. The county has a total of 49 veterinary drugs, including 8 unlicensed businesses; 159 households with feed management, 41 without certificates, 4 households with non-compliance, and 60 certificates expired. Through inspections, operators are required to establish purchase and sales records of veterinary drug feeds, which is convenient for inspection and supervision by the regulatory authorities.
Fourth, the quarantine inspection of the production and slaughtering of livestock products was carried out, the inspection of market quarantine was intensified, the slaughtering and quarantine was strictly carried out, and all the freezer and fresh meat trading stalls in the market were pulled out to check the sales of diseased meat. The law enforcement vehicles were dispatched 30 times, more than 20 markets were inspected, 81 law enforcement officers were dispatched, 51 cases were warned, and 2 unlicensed business households were banned. There were 5,733 meat quarantine pigs and 504 cattle, of which 11 were unqualified meat pigs. There were 6,725 quarantine pigs, 1,392 cattle and 18,936 birds.
5. Carry out supervision of the circulation link. Strengthen the supervision and inspection of vehicles transporting animals and animal products, give full play to the role of border road transport checkpoints, implement a 24-hour duty system, and strictly check the inspection and quarantine of past vehicle items. 2,447 quarantine pigs, 757 cattle, 2,551 birds, 15 horses and 75 sheep. Among them, 20 were unqualified pigs and 5 were cattle.
