Transportation team safety supervisor personal work summary


Since serving as the public safety production supervisor, I have been carrying out my duties with the principle of "safety first, prevention first". I will summarize my supervision work this year as follows:
I. Focus on safety education for new trainees This year, there are a lot of new assignments for the transportation team. There are learners, train attendants, and switchers. For them, a newly graduated student or a veteran, maybe I have never been exposed to the construction environment of the construction site. How to deal with various safety precautions during construction? As a base public safety production supervisor, I have the responsibility to organize participants to attend safety education meetings to guide them to correct protection at work. In the construction work on the construction site, I seriously reminded them to wear protective equipment, such as overalls, helmets, etc., to remind them of the correct position during the installation work and the standard operation during the driving process. Make sure that they do not hurt themselves, do not hurt others, or be harmed by others during the production process.
II. Checking the safety hazards of the construction site and avoiding accidents I actively participated in the safety production work meeting organized by the managerial department and the team department, conscientiously implemented the spirit of the work conference, and coordinated with the track queues to organize safety protection personnel to strengthen the investigation of safety hazards on the construction site. On August 12th, when I inspected the base line and the track site, I found that there were gullies sinking in a few areas. After the heavy rain, the roadbed sinking cracks occurred. I reported the team in time and organized safety guards. Timely processing ensures the safety of the temporary wiring and avoids accidents. During the workdays on weekdays, I also regularly checked and rectified the construction site equipment, facilities, and large-scale machinery operation environment. For line maintenance, track laying bridges, long rail welding, locomotive transportation, rail storage, power distribution rooms, and oil depot management. The key facilities are seriously conducting safety production supervision, and the safety supervision work is truly implemented.
Third, do a good job of locomotive maintenance, prevent traffic accidents. In my work, I set an example and set an example for my colleagues. As a locomotive flight attendant, I led the locomotive crew to and from the base-Xuedian-base. My first thought was to go smoothly and get back safely. Safety is a top priority. I strictly require the locomotive crew to follow the standardization work. In particular, in the work of locomotive parking, slipping, hand brakes, and iron shoes, I would rather have to go home late for a moment without any safety hazards. When the locomotive was fully inspected on September 26, I found that the locomotive brakes depressurized the air cylinders, causing the locomotives to be unable to brake. After temporary treatment, they reported to the leaders and repaired them together with the maintenance workshop personnel on September 28th. After that, the locomotive can be used normally, ensuring that the locomotive is safe to transport during transportation.
Prospects for future work, although I have achieved certain results in the work of public security, but there are still some shortcomings in my work. I will seriously study in the future work, overcome the shortcomings, continue to earnestly with a pragmatic style and a positive attitude. Do a good job in the safety supervision of the people and contribute to the construction of the Shiwu pavement project.
