I am close to a company's financial work as a financial officer. Therefore, I cherish such an opportunity.

A unit with a large business volume has much more financial accounting content than those of small-scale enterprises, and it is more nuanced and more demanding. Of course, the workload cannot be underestimated. When I first arrived at the company, I heard Tang Li’s explanation of the divisions and contacts of the various departments of the company, as well as some of the business involved. Different personnel in different departments, responsible for different jobs, etc., although not as serious as fog, but the idea is not Very clear. Therefore, some of the documents that were originally obtained are not problematic, but it is difficult to distinguish them by department. Perhaps this is also one of the so-called meticulous aspects of the work, so I dare not slack off. If you encounter problems that you don't understand, ask other colleagues. Sometimes I feel that I have more problems and trouble others. But asking a few more questions is better than asking less and making mistakes. I am not very smart, my brain reaction is not fast enough, sometimes I have to repeat the same question several times. Sometimes, my work will go wrong. Of course, there are personal reasons, and there may be external factors. But every time I make a mistake, I will reflect on it, I will blame myself, and I may explain the reason to others. But in most cases, I will accept it with humility. Other people’s criticisms correct. After all, work is dead, people are alive, and people's ability is to do work and change the various forms of work. Therefore, in the face of various problems, it can be treated peacefully.

Of course, there are shortcomings and deficiencies. I am not evading, but I can adapt to the work as soon as possible and put it into the working state, in order to correct the shortcomings and make up for the shortcomings. As far as cashier work is concerned, I have been able to complete my work independently through this three-week familiarity and adaptation, and I am gradually arranging the work in an orderly manner. Being able to fully understand and master the cash flow and content of the cashier is also convenient for accounting in the future. Ever since, I am calmly facing the current cashier position.
