Personal summary

In this activity, as a member of the teaching team, I talked about the problems of local children's education and local culture.

In the process of teaching, I learned that it is very inconvenient and difficult for children to go to school in the village, but parents are very supportive of their children's schooling and doing everything possible to meet the conditions for their children to go to school. In xx village, four junior high school students successfully obtained high school this year. However, when I tutored their homework, I found that their knowledge is very thin and the knowledge is narrow. The recent knowledge in the book is completely ill-conceived. And I feel that there is no proper competition in their hometown, making it easy for them to meet the status quo, just like they are four, and three of them are very satisfied with the current state of learning. I think there are three reasons for this:

1. Education standards. The level of local teachers is not high or the attitude of teaching is not serious. Students should not be able to broaden their knowledge. The knowledge in textbooks cannot be fully explained to students.

2. Learning environment. The learning environment of local students is not as competitive as when we were studying, and the potential of students cannot be fully or completely unearthed. The school does not have supporting facilities to broaden and deepen students' knowledge. The environment around the school has not brought students an increase in knowledge reserves and a thirst for knowledge.

3. The students themselves. In teaching, I found that students did not use the resources they could use to understand what they should know and master, but to chase stars and pursue fashion. What impressed me was that when a student who had just passed a high school failed to say the names of many stars on his book, he naturally said one thing; "You are out." And when we tutor his homework He did not know the knowledge he knew.

I personally think that according to the importance attached to the education of parents in the village of xx, I feel that their village can raise funds to set up a popular science newspaper and newspaper district in the village committee to provide children with the latest and most extensive knowledge. The children only go home once a week, and the village committee can fully bear and pay for this.

In addition, parents should create conditions as much as possible, let the children touch the outside world, and try to expand the children's knowledge. This may be a good opportunity for children's learning mentality to stimulate their learning potential.

Finally, parents are also an important aspect. Although the parents of xx villages are very supportive of their children, I still feel that they are not doing enough. At present, they just don't stop their children from going to school, but they can't supervise their children well and give them some pressure. At the same time, they can help the children not very clearly. I hope they can clearly realize that they can do their best. During the half-day of my research, I found that the local culture has been handed down very little. For example, the folk songs I know, the local young people can hardly sing, and only the elderly over 70 years old will be sung. The lyrics are missing. The inheritance of the folk songs has already seen serious faults. As a way of inheriting the local history and culture, the folk songs are faced with such a situation that cannot be thought of. Is it necessary to set up a folk song organization in the local area, organize the preservation of the lyrics of the folk songs, explore the history of the folk songs, understand the local changes, teach the young generation of the local singing folk songs and create the folk songs belonging to their generation.

Personal summary

I still remember that when we arrived at the school, we saw that our dormitory was not so dirty! But we cleaned up for two hours to get all the hygiene. As the leader of the teaching team, the equipment that I found at the beginning of the school was not at all a lot of courses that I had arranged before I wrote the plan. Because I want to do my best, I don't want to be vigorous, but I want to do my best and do my best. So in the first two days, I was very picky and didn't often contact the students. The most basic course I am responsible for, I still have to do a good job and take the lead. Regardless of how much grievances the students have before class, how bad the mood is. Although there are individual students in the class who do not attend classes, I am quite satisfied with the atmosphere and effect of the whole class. It is quite good. Compared with the last time I went to the countryside, the class is obviously much better! I always believe that more exercise will improve! There will be gains! It is really hard to prepare lessons again. In the management of emotions, I sometimes do very bad things. At the beginning, it was anxious and nervous. Naturally, it was very serious. I thought about how to solve the problem all day. I took over the class work of the ninth grade and seven classes. There are 60 students in the class. Since the original class guide has gone, some of the students’ situations can only be understood by myself. I found that these students did not have a great long-term ideal. Most of the students read because their parents "I want to read it before I read it," so students have no strong initiative and enthusiasm. Initially understand the students' mental state, then I began to understand the students' learning. The cultural knowledge of these students is not as good as that of the children in the city. It is due to the limitations of parents' cultural standards, the deviation of educational concepts, the influence of factors such as going out to work, the lack of necessary incentives and guidance for children, and the lack of children's learning. Development is a "natural state" - let it go. Although the students are innocent and simple, they seem to be somewhat sinister. It is not surprising that students are slow-moving, their language is pale, and their work is dragging. I started each lesson, although I did a good job preparation before class and lowered the "version" of teacher-student interaction, but the ambiguity of classroom teaching was endless. I thought it was a moderate problem, but the students were stunned. I don't know... In a test, there is no perfect score, only a few of the 90 points or more, and the lowest score is 30 points. This is the worst result I have seen in teaching for more than a decade. I was surprised when I saw the bright red score. I also felt the heavy burden on my shoulders.

2. Teaching in a down-to-earth manner and wholeheartedly educating people.

Lying in bed at night, I remembered the students' fresh faces in their heads. They are the pillars of the future of the motherland who are as lively and lovely as the students in the city. I think that Adults are more important than raw materials. Students should have a lofty ambition, a correct way of doing things and a healthy mind. The situation of the students has stabilized, but as a teaching teacher, I deeply understand that it is not a difficult matter to simply do a good job of teaching.
