First, strive for leadership support, and strive to improve the working mechanism
According to the unified deployment of the municipal government, the bureau implemented self-management of family planning in April XX. In order to strengthen the work of family planning, I actively recommended to the leadership, improve the leading organs, and improve the working mechanism. In April XX, the bureau set up a family planning work leading group, with the head of XXX as the team leader, the deputy director in charge and the deputy head of the discipline inspection team, unified the ideological understanding and strengthened the leadership and management of family planning work. At the same time, the post target responsibility system was established, and the family planning work was included in one of the important work contents of the work, and the family planning work was truly implemented.
Second, standard management, strengthen services
The first is to find out the basics and establish a file. There are XXX cadres and workers in our bureau. Among them: XX unmarried young men and women; XX female employees, XX married women of reproductive age, and XX unmarried female employees. According to the status quo, I have established a registration form for unmarried youth, a registration form for married women of childbearing age, and a file for the basic situation of the personnel.
The second is to strengthen services and implement birth control measures. In November of this year, XX people who were inspected and organized in a comprehensive manner participated in the pregnancy and environmental inspection, and the rate of participation was 100%. Actively assist other comrades to implement the collection of the one-child fee. At the same time, according to individual differences, implement different birth control measures, establish a library of birth control medicines for employees to receive and use, and do a good job of receiving registration.
The third is to carry out publicity and education. In accordance with the requirements of "marriage and breeding new winds into the family", combined with the new concept of women of childbearing age in the organs, the bureau organized the development of popular science knowledge, specially organized to study the "Population and Project Birth Law", "Administrative Measures for the Collection of Social Support Fees", and Family Planning Regulations, etc., make the population and family planning laws and policies deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, and family planning management has gradually embarked on the road of legalization.
The fourth is to actively organize women's activities. I actively encourage female employees to participate in various activities. For example, in the table tennis competition conducted by our bureau, I actively mobilized female employees and signed up for the competition. Two female employees also participated in the XXX system competition on behalf of the SIPO.
In short, with the support of the leaders of our bureau, after some hard work, I have achieved certain results, but I know that there is still a big gap from the requirements of the superiors.
