The implementation of the above four systems has effectively promoted the overall development of the planning and childbearing work in townships, sub-district offices and even the whole region.
Third, the main problems and difficulties in the family planning work
1. In the institutional reform and community scale adjustment, some township and sub-district offices in charge of family planning and family planning assistants and directors of neighborhood committees have been adjusted, and the work is not familiar.
2. The XX area is an old city. The conditions in all aspects are relatively poor. Especially in the process of renovation of the old city, the relocation of permanent residents has changed greatly, and the separation of people and households is serious, which has caused certain difficulties for the family planning work and increased the workload.
3. Due to the mobility of the floating population and the rapid relocation, some of them are engaged in commercial, temporary work, no fixed residence, frequent relocation, and the floating population planning and management is difficult and heavy.
4, XX district urban and rural areas are more extensive, XX township 24 administrative villages are distributed around the XX city, urban population, agricultural population and floating population mixed, increasing the difficulty of planning and childbearing management.
