The progress of the financial work of the Family Planning Office in XX is summarized as follows.
First, earnestly implement the unified deployment of leaders and actively carry out daily financial management. At the beginning of the year, the new director just took office, and I reported in time to the planning and working environment of my town. Under the arrangement of the new leadership, we actively carry out daily financial work, serious financial and economic discipline, conscientiously implement the unified deployment of leaders, and carry out work in an orderly manner.
Second, further strengthen the management of daily financial work, improve financial rules and regulations and job responsibilities. At the beginning of the year, we increased the construction of financial basic work, and started from the most basic work such as attaching bills and binding vouchers, carefully reviewing the original bills, and refining the financial reimbursement process. In accordance with the spirit of the county planning and family committee inspection notice, we have also studied the "Bank Deposit Management System", the "Management System for Bills and Financial Seals", and the "Accounting Filekeeping System". At the end of each month, we must conduct self-examination and self-inspection work. Gradually improve the financial management system of the Family Planning Office.
Third, in the expenditure of special funds, seriously take the relevant policies of the accounting committee, strictly enforce the budget, do not crowd, do not misappropriate, guarantee the special funds. At the end of each month, we will make accounts, prepare and report the final accounts of special funds, and provide financial information for the leaders to make relevant decisions in a timely manner.
Fourth, with the support of the leaders and the cooperation of relevant departments, the tasks assigned by the County Family Planning Commission were completed in a timely and serious manner. More than 500 social support information has been entered from XX to the present, and the social support fee is 460,000. Compared with the same period of last year, it saved nearly 200,000 yuan.
V. Seriously participate in various financial training courses organized by the County Family Planning Commission, study new knowledge and new business, make our financial basic work more standardized, and improve work efficiency. The financial training class learned the basic knowledge of auditing, the accounting management of zero-balance accounts, and the basic knowledge of financial work. I carefully summarized the content I learned and digested it in my spare time.
