I. Archives Management In order to ensure the integrity and standardization of archives collection, the community was fully aware of the necessity and importance of archive management at the beginning of its establishment, strengthened the awareness of daily work archives, seriously studied the archives business knowledge, and strived to improve The management level of the file. All archives are stored in counters. Special personnel keep a regular inspection of their quantity and storage status, standardize the use of management programs, regularly dedust and disinfect archives, and maintain the cleanliness and integrity of the files.

The community planning and childbirth work should be based on the thinking of the people of childbearing age, the urgency, and management in the service, to promote the birth control measures with quality services, to implement the transformation of the concept of marriage and childbirth with quality services, and to satisfy the people of childbearing age with quality service. Community planning and childbirth work, relying on the organization of the association, serving the broad masses of the community, the community to achieve family planning, resident autonomy, quality service, the role of the family planning association is indispensable, in order to play the role of the association, set up a free distribution point for contraceptives in the community , at any time for the majority of people of childbearing age to distribute contraceptives. III. Census Work The census work is a major event for me to go to the community. I can personally participate in the sixth national census. I feel extremely sacred, and I also know that the burden on my shoulders is very heavy. Since the start of the census work, all my colleagues in the community have spent a lot of time working late into the night, putting all their energy into this work. The census work is very difficult. Some people do not fully understand the meaning of the census, do not cooperate enough, or have a fierce attitude against the census. What we are doing is to carefully and patiently explain the significance of the census. Try to take up less time for residents, so that everyone who is census can understand the census, accept the census, and agree with the census. The task of completing the census by taking care of the holidays without rest and quality has been well received by street leaders.
In general, I have achieved some results in my work, but I know that I still have a certain gap from my job. In the future, we will improve the inadequacies, aiming at serving the community residents, and devote ourselves wholeheartedly to the residents' homes, based on making the community work better and more perfect, and achieving new goals around this year's work goals.
