According to the central school summer teacher training arrangement, combined with the actual situation of our school, we have conducted a five-day teacher training. The training is summarized as follows:

First, the training is rich in content and diverse in form.

In order to let the teachers improve the theoretical level of education and teaching in a short period of time, and deeply understand the new educational concept, and in order to make the teacher training effective, the school affairs office carefully prepares and carefully selects the training content. The contents of this training include: “Learning and Discussion of Curriculum Standards”, “Textbook Training”, “Drafting Practical Tutoring Cases”, “Learning and Communication of New Educational Concepts”, “Learning of Theory Related to Classroom Teaching Reform”, “ Du Langkou Middle School curriculum reform experience materials, "self-learning", etc., all of these contents not only theoretically arm the teachers' minds, but also make them more open-minded, deeper in thought, new in concept, and in teaching practice. There have also been new breakthroughs, especially the preparation of the Guiding Case. The teachers have mastered the essentials, seized the key points and broke through the difficulties. The rich and colorful training content not only improves the professional level of teachers, but also enriches the summer life of teachers, and strengthens the cooperation and communication between teachers. This summer training is also flexible and diverse: it combines theoretical learning with practical operation, and combines concentrated learning with group learning. It combines training and assessment, and combines school-based training with self-learning. This form of training avoids boring and monotonous, and greatly improves efficiency. For example, "learning and discussing curriculum standards" and "teaching materials training", if you do not take group learning, it will waste time and the effect will not be good. Second, the training time is compact and disciplined.

The training lasted for five days, from August 20th to 24th. Training for six hours a day, the schedule is relatively compact and reasonable, specifically this: On the morning of August 20th, hosted by Shen Fuqiang, the content has mobilization reports, propaganda disciplinary requirements, teachers hand in various applications; August 20th to 8pm On the morning of the 21st, the head of the teaching and research group of each subject presided over, mainly to study the curriculum standards; on the afternoon of August 21, hosted by Gong Xiaohua, mainly to learn the new teaching concept; on the morning of August 22, hosted by Yang Wei, mainly to learn classroom teaching Reform related theories; on the afternoon of August 22, hosted by Lei Yong, mainly to learn the experience materials of Dulangkou Middle School curriculum reform; on the morning of August 23, hosted by the heads of various teaching and research groups, mainly textbook training for various subjects; August 23 In the afternoon, hosted by the content, discussion and exchange, writing experience; August 24, teacher self-training, mainly to write a guide. This training is very disciplined. On the one hand, strict attendance discipline, in addition to natural disasters and man-made disasters, no one can take time off. Late for early leave, deducted 10 yuan, deducted 80 yuan for one leave, 80 yuan for sick leave a day, no deduction for 80 yuan for no reason. On the other hand, group learning discussion, everyone must speak, have a record of speech, write a good experience and guidance, can not download and plagiarism from the Internet, combined with their own reality, carefully written, handed in on time, no The person who pays on time pays 10 yuan, and the person who fails to pay is deducted 100 yuan.

Third, the training effect is good and the harvest is quite fruitful.

After five days of training, teachers can overcome difficulties, study hard, and actively communicate according to requirements.
