I thought that I would still be cynical about summer training , thinking that this training would be a long torment, thinking that the so-called learning is just a cut-off... However, it ended like this, look back, really a bit reluctant.

The training allowed me to live a fulfilling day. Every morning and evening, the sun and the rain, everyone still enjoys it. Watching the film and taking notes to write homework, I first "walked through the scenes" so seriously; for the first time, I thought about the content of the training and the homework of the course outside of a lot of trainings . I had a strong sense of pursuit; for the first time, I felt that Training is rewarding and training is a pleasure. I once thought that summer training was a kidnapping for people. Now I have to say that I am "anti-kidnapping" because of serious participation.

The training made me full of learning enthusiasm. I am a person who loves to read, and a person who loves to write is a person who loves literature and loves Chinese. But I don't know when it started, and the reading became a movie in the dream of the moon in front of the window. The waning learning enthusiasm made me gradually lost in the seduction of the world, and the vain made the days shrink. I did not expect this summer training to let me pile up so many words in just 12 days. Every assignment, every original article, is the result of serious treatment. These days, let me re-believe that I still have the enthusiasm for writing, and the motivation to learn.

The training allowed me to re-examine the role of the language teacher. I love Chinese, but I am not a good language teacher. In this training , many videos have inspired me. Many of the experts' suggestions and methods have benefited me a lot. Many of my colleagues' ideas and experience methods have made me very productive. In this training , I walked in the recommended works and course briefings, followed by an article homework or American language to feel the charm of the language, and to understand the ways and means of Chinese teaching. I was amazed at the talents of the language teachers and marvel at the profoundness of the Chinese language. Many teachers' articles made me stop and linger. Many teachers' writings made me feel awkward. Many teachers' opinions made me feel awkward. In the days to come, I don't necessarily remember their names, but the thoughts and passions expressed in their articles will definitely help me to take the path of teaching more seriously.

I calm down and think that the biggest help for this training is that I have a relatively mature and calm reflection. Regarding my own career orientation and teaching about Chinese, there are some gains in reflective learning:

Sigh: Seriously training writing, and in the end there is no one worth recommending. To some extent, the accumulation of reading has yet to be fulfilled, and his writing ability needs to be improved. The research on teaching needs to be strengthened.

Ming: The new curriculum reform is a reform that is determined to be great. It is also an innovation that may benefit in the future. It must change the inherent teaching attitude, deeply understand the spirit of curriculum reform, and conscientiously implement the curriculum reform practice.

Wu: Under the new curriculum background, Chinese teaching should pay attention to the art of reading, and should focus on cultivating students' reading interest, improving reading taste and enhancing reading ability. Writing teaching and oral expression ability training should go hand in hand, pay attention to the cultivation of language application ability; Chinese teaching should take into account the improvement of students' ability, and pay attention to cultivating students' ability to learn and apply ability to innovate rather than test ability.

Thinking: The upcoming four-hour era and elective teaching put forward higher requirements for teachers. In addition to communicating with colleagues, the most important thing is to strengthen their own learning, enrich their own education, and improve their own The grasp of teaching materials and the ability to guide the classroom.

Pity: I usually don't pay attention to the accumulation of teaching, I don't have to sort out the typical cases in my work in time, I don't pay attention to teaching reflection, I don't know how to improve my teaching and research ability.
