Summary of the training of grassroots team leaders in the second half of 2019
On December 25, 2019, I had the privilege of participating in the training course for the grassroots team leader organized by the bureau. The 13-day training has ended, and all of our students have spent 13 days of intense, fulfilling and meaningful. During this time, our training contents include: expansion training, construction and management of the study team, legal knowledge, and visit to the No. 54 Station of the No. 5 Oil Production Plant. The content is both rich and practical. In this intense training , I have devoted myself to learning with high enthusiasm and rigorous attitude, earnestly completed the training tasks, and received a lot of education and enlightenment.
Director Kong delivered a speech at the opening ceremony, asking us to learn from the training , to learn what to use, to apply what we learned, and to always encourage me. It is determined that we must bring the advanced team management concepts we have learned into practice, contribute to the development of the company, and become the new team leader in the new era.
Our training class is extended training. Although the project is a small game, it has inspired me a lot. The most impressive print is the graduation wall. What he needs is this team spirit. Every member must unite as one, help each other and feel confident from the heart. Work hard for the same goal. In fact, for a team, unity, mutual help, and self-confidence can also inspire them to trust and support you more. This will only make it easier and more efficient for you to lead the team to achieve the goal. Modern society is like a war. Everyone must have a strong sense of teamwork in order to make your team profitable in various environments and overcome difficulties. As the team leader, I have to bring my own team, care, trust, unite each member, and form a combat team to successfully complete the tasks assigned by the company. I have learned more about "there is no perfect individual, only the perfect team." This sentence really means.
The theoretical class is the construction and management of the study team and legal knowledge. How to do a good job will be the tail. In the class, the teacher intuitively put forward the basic requirements and the vocabulary that should be available to the team leader. Excellent management cadres should have organizational skills, the first is to organize themselves, and the second is to organize the deployment. A person who does not know how to plan himself cannot organize others, nor can he lead the team to achieve the stated goals. Communication and communication coordination ability is an important embodiment of interpersonal communication ability. In the actual management of the team, due to lack of communication coordination or skill, the misunderstanding between the workers and the team leader, the team leader and the leaders at the same level is caused. Dissatisfaction often happens. To create a harmonious working environment and atmosphere, it is especially important to pay attention to communication and coordination between people. Only with organizational and coordination skills, communication and communication can build a perfect team. This class gave us a theoretical training and a sublimation in our ability, which laid a solid foundation for the future team building.
During the visit, we visited the No. 54 sample station of the No. 5 Oil Production Plant. They asked for the fine work to be done, and the daily work was done finely. It didn't last overnight, which reflected their rigorous work style. These excellent management standards, standardized systems, and rigorous work style are the places where our team leaders should learn and borrow.
In this study and training , I deeply felt the care and love of the team leaders for our team leader. I am grateful to the leaders of the bureau for giving us this valuable learning opportunity.
