Up to now, I have trained a total of 245 welders including the company's formal workers and contractors, and conducted theoretical teaching on these people. The theoretical test pass rate reached 98%, and the 140 weld welders of 56 welders. Ultrasonic flaw detection was performed.

For a welder, an organic combination of theory and practice is required. The machine must focus on the training of the theory and the main practice. In order to improve and guarantee the quality of teaching, I have put forward the theory I have learned in practice and strive to give the students a more vivid way in the classroom. This has received good results and received training centers. The praise and welcome of the leaders and students. Considering that the cultural level of most welders is low and the theoretical knowledge is the boring of the classroom, I effectively use the evening break time and modify the theoretical teaching plan to make the theoretical knowledge more understandable and easy for students to accept.
