Cultural Tourism System Trade Union Work Summary

Since last year, the Working Committee of the County Cultural Tourism Bureau has earnestly organized members to study the spirit of the 16th Party Congress and the "Trade Union Law" and other relevant laws and regulations, and actively carry out various trade union work in accordance with the actual situation, effectively promoting the work of the cultural tourism system. Carrying out and reviewing last year's work, we mainly arrested the following four points:

First, study the work guidelines and policies, and unify the thinking of the majority of employees.

In accordance with the deployment arrangements of the County Federation of Trade Unions, we will take the form of convening grassroots unit trade unions and member representatives, and learn about the trade union law and the county trade unions' relevant arrangements and archives, so that all grassroots trade unions can understand the guidelines, policies, laws and regulations of trade union work. Improve the consciousness of doing a good job in union work.

Second, in combination with the actual situation, actively carry out various trade union work.

In the past year, all grassroots trade unions have carried out labor technology competition activities in combination with the reality of culture and tourism work, and have greatly improved the quality and efficiency of their work. The county radio station has carried out more manuscripts and written manuscript contests among the employees, and hooked up the number of manuscripts and the interests of the employees. The editors and staff members took the initiative to contact and collect news clues, and the quality and quantity exceeded the task of writing. Good working situation. In terms of safeguarding the rights and interests of employees, all trade unions can make specific provisions in connection with the health protection of harmful work types and appropriate subsidies for overtime and overtime work, which not only safeguards the legitimate rights and interests of employees, but also mobilizes work enthusiasm. In view of the actual problems of the decline of the cultural unit of this system and the difficulties of individual employees, we have reported the situation to the County Federation of Trade Unions. At the same time, we organized grassroots trade union members to donate 1,200 yuan for poor workers, donated more than 1,000 pieces, and trade unions from work, Life and other aspects are also taken care of, so that they feel the warmth of the party and organization, and do their jobs with peace of mind.

Third, focus on solving problems and do a good job of maintaining stability.

Last year, the Bureau of Work of the Party pointed out that the staff of individual units at the grassroots level had reported to the bureau that the wages of employees had not been paid on time, and promptly dispatched staff to go to the grassroots units to hold staff meetings, listen to the opinions of employees, and assist the units to emancipate their minds, develop industries, increase income, and solve problems. The measures for the wages of employees have stabilized the mood of employees and prevented repeated petitions.

Fourth, earnestly do a good job in the organization of trade unions and the collection of contributions.

According to the provisions of the Trade Union Law, by the end of last year, except for the unorganized trade union organization of the Daishan County Theater, all the other 12 units had formed trade union organizations. The trade unions were sound and clear, and they were able to carry out trade union work. The county Xinhua Bookstore and other trade union organizations paid their dues to the County Federation of Trade Unions in a timely manner.

In the new year, we should take the spirit of the 16th Party Congress as a guide, use the trade union law as an ideological weapon, advance with the times, seek truth and innovation, sum up experience, and strive to do a good job in this year's trade unions, in order to maintain the county's political, social stability and economy.
