First quarter work summary essay

With the end of the past work, we have started a new journey. Say goodbye to the work of the previous period. The new atmosphere, the new goal, under the guidance of the teacher and the active efforts of our members, our group has fully launched our work and activities in April. The following is my personal work summary report in April:

In our work regulations, we still hold weekly meetings as usual, summing up past work in regular meetings, affirming our strengths, pointing out our shortcomings, so that we can work harder. In order to improve the quality of college students and to do a good job in cadre work style and to strengthen the discipline of the school, our Youth League is conducting a school-level inspector every Tuesday.

On April 13th, the president of the Academy of Youth visited our department to preside over the regular meeting, gave guidance to the members of the society, and put forward ten points for our members to do things, and put forward relevant requirements on our minds. After this regular meeting, members of the club paid more attention to their behavior and increased their work efficiency.

In order to activate the life of college students and improve our skill level, the Academic Reporting Hall of the University Students Skills Competition was held on April 15th. All members of the Association actively participated. On the same day, our staff also went to participate in the speech contest “I am a president” jointly held by the Department of Mechanical Engineering and the Department of Construction Engineering. During the lecture, everyone interacted and actively expressed their opinions. This is a good exercise for everyone. The university campus in April is full of active and youthful atmosphere. Our college has held a series of women's basketball games. Our volunteers insisted on watching every game, adding strength to the game and showing the talent of our volunteers.

In this organization, everyone is in action. In order to fully demonstrate our service tenet, I will decide to hold a major event in May, that is, to go to the orphanage to soothe the children, so our members are this month. Prepared actively and conscientiously. In the middle of this month, as always, the relevant members will be allowed to carry out inspections and self-study, as well as inspector work, in order to let everyone know more through practice. However, during the usual after-school hours and other meetings of the Youth League, the relevant members of the Association will exchange work, study and life with other staff members, which not only promotes friendship but also increases knowledge.

In accordance with the practice of monthly activities, the Ministry of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and our department jointly held a “Changjiang trip”. However, with the active cooperation of the members, we successfully completed the event. This trip to the Yangtze River is mainly to go to the riverside for environmental protection activities and to care about the environment around us. It can not only improve the environmental quality of our college students, but also allow more people to participate in this activity. In this activity, we have purified the land and rivers around us in a spirit of dedication, let us once again see the value and strength of volunteers.

The relevant activities of this month were carried out as scheduled, the activities were over, and the stage of the submission of materials was reached. So the members wrote down the monthly routine thought reports and summaries, and also made personal work plans. Painting, I have analyzed the feelings I learned this month. Now we will face the end of a month. This month has gathered our efforts and diligence, and we have found our mistakes and deficiencies. In short, we are constantly learning and constantly understanding in such a big family. Every event has a different meaning, and each member has a different sentiment. Volunteers should feel our life in a sincere heart, feel the people and things around us, and actively contribute our love power. Then the world can think like this April, warm and fragrant!

The end of a piece of work also means the beginning of another piece of work. I hope that with the efforts and cooperation of everyone, we can make the next stage work more perfect and outstanding!
