1. The flag-raising ceremony on Mondays is a good time to educate students. 2. The time for the broadcast of the "Sound of the Players" broadcast station of our school every Friday morning. The squadrons in the form of grades 3-6 are broadcasted in turn, and the content of the broadcast is basically the original works of the players, which is the material that children love to see.

3. The regular quantitative management system for one day is strictly implemented, and the class assessment is open and timely. The Young Pioneers of the school implements a quantitative assessment system for each squadron, that is, the daily routine of the team members' morning reading, afternoon reading, inter-class exercises, and health. Wenyuan Elementary School is a relatively young school. Because of her youth, the team work has a fresh vitality; also because of her youth, our work is still young. Focusing on the teaching philosophy of “Let education create a happy life”, we have carried out a series of team activities that benefit teachers and students.

1. Put the moral education work in the first place and enrich the lives of the players.

During the winter vacation in XX, the team members were arranged to carry out social practice, to help those who need help, and to write their own experiences and experience, to form an essay. After the school, the school conducted evaluation and commendation. 3. The networking activities with college students will continue unabated.

Since our school has been in contact with the young volunteers of Shandong University, we have organized a series of meaningful educational activities, and the students have brought to the children the knowledge and information that is not available in the books. Especially worth mentioning is that our school has been established as the social practice base of Shandong University. This will further promote the normalization and normalization of our work.

4. The maneuverable seasonal activities decorate the lives of the players.

In combination with the development of traditional culture education, on the occasion of the arrival of the winter solstice, the Young Pioneers of our school carried out dumplings in the senior members, and the children were excited and unforgettable for a long time. On the eve of New Year's Day in XX, the brigade and the sports team jointly organized the "Welcome New Year's Day" small fitness competition attended by the teachers and students of the whole school. The school brigade department has conducted intensive training many times and participated in the events organized by various levels. November is the Science and Technology Education Month. Our school actively contacted the provincial science and technology museum and organized all the members of the school to visit and study. After returning to the school, the team members wrote the experience and recorded what they saw, heard, thought and felt. . I am full of yearning for science.

The work of the Young Pioneers is like a breeze, dotted with the learning life of the players, enriching the hearts of the players.
