Summary of the first semester student union work
Time flies, and this semester is nearing the end. A semester seems to be long, but the reality is so short. From the beginning of the vice-president, to the current self-confidence, from the strangeness of the competent department, to the familiarity and understanding of today. This step by step is all that is beyond imagination. During the training, everyone's high momentum, the public relations department pulled the hurried pace of sponsorship, and the hard work of the office when working silently, all of them are deeply imprinted in my mind. Also, the success of the finals of the debates, the wonderful ending of the ceremonial party, all the things that moved me, made me unforgettable.
In general, the work is busy and hard, but it is more fulfilling and gratifying. Because there are four lovely departments to fight with me. Together we solve the difficulties in our work and enjoy the joy of success together. Every department is so united and progressive, and every member is so obedient. They are not afraid of hardships and forging ahead. During the time I worked with them, I witnessed their efforts and witnessed their growth. I love them, I feel happy and proud that I can work with such a group of lovely children.
Below, I will summarize my four departments according to my observation and understanding since one semester:
Office: After half a semester of work, although there are no large-scale activities, during this time, the office members have basically shown a high degree of work enthusiasm, and can participate in the work of relevant departments as much as possible. In the outstanding completion of student cadres work permits, file arrangement, family portraits, student council memorabilia, student council announcements, student council internal layout and proper management of student council materials, actively assist the brother department to work, be responsible and responsible. Effectively ensure the smooth development of the student union activities. Practically played the role of the office as a student union .
Public Relations Department: After moving to the new campus, the new location and surrounding environment will bring great disadvantage to the public relations department. The public relations department at the beginning of the semester was in trouble. However, strong public relations personnel have not been overwhelmed by difficulties. They have worked hard to change their working methods and actively overcome difficulties. Everyone worked together to successfully sponsor the large-scale events such as the host contest, cross talks, football league, ceremonial group show, and cooking competition. The difficulty is huge, and the results are gratifying. The total sponsorship is 7,780 yuan, which provides financial support for the large-scale activities of the brother department and solves the shortage of funds for the student union . I believe that public relations people will follow the fine tradition of "elite team" and do their work better.
Department of Learning: This semester, the Department of Learning held a one-and-a-half-month debate. Time is long and the task is heavy. Due to insufficient preparation work and insufficient work experience, there were many problems in the debate. However, after the correction of the presidium, they carefully summed up the lessons and made up for the shortcomings in time. In the next few games, the problems are getting less and less, and the effect is getting better and better. In the end, it came to a successful conclusion. Through the debate, I saw the growth of the learning department. I believe that through this high-intensity exercise, the experience of learning people is more abundant, and future activities will be more mature.
Ceremonial regiment: The success of the ceremonial regiment show witnessed the efforts of the ceremonial people. For more than an hour of excitement on the stage, the ceremonial person practiced for more than a month. Each show has undergone many rehearsals. Although the rehearsal conditions are poor, they never give up. In the corridors, stairways, as long as no one can be their practice site. The intensity of the rehearsal is great, but they have no hard work and no complaints. Young but not weak, the ceremonial regiment in a rising period is strong and forge ahead, and the ceremonial people who are united and up are creating miracles with blood. I believe that they will work harder and the ceremonial group will grow stronger in their hands.
I have been moved and inspired by them since the beginning of a semester. . . Whenever you are tired, just think of them, I will cheer up. They gave me the motivation to work. Here, I want to go to these four departments and say to everyone who supports me: "Thank you!" Thank you for your tacit cooperation.
