First, the teacher's morality:

In the work, I can obey the work arranged by the leadership, can go up and down, do not be late, do not leave early, work seriously, responsible, respect the leadership, unite colleagues, care for the children, do their best to do the class All kinds of work, with their own conscience and responsibility to carefully care for young children, so that children get good growth and development, and gradually make them develop their own good habits, get high praise from parents.

Second, the work of the job:

I am very passionate about my own work. I love children. I am a good friend and good partner of the children, and they are their good mothers. In life, I always take care of and care for them with care and patience. They cover the quilts for them during the nap, sweat for them during the game, feed them when they are sick, wash the bedding and clothes for the children who sleep in bed... Tell the children when they are free. The stories, inspiring their wisdom, correct some small mistakes in their lives through stories, and talk to them. So that the children of Tang Yufan repeatedly invited me to their home to be a guest, and promised: I have a lot of toys for me to play. I told Youyou, I like to read books. She immediately went on to say: I have a lot of books in my family. I am very happy to see the children's sunny smiles... I feel that I have truly fulfilled the responsibility of a conservation teacher.

As a childcare teacher, class health care is a very important job. In order to make the class clean and tidy, I insist on carefully and carefully cleaning the bathroom every day. I insist on disinfecting the cups and towels every day. I insist on weekly ultraviolet radiation according to the regulations, and wipe with "84" disinfectant every week. Tables and chairs, toys, walls, washrooms, handrails, etc., clean the bedding every month... urge the children to drink plenty of water, pay attention to personal hygiene, wash hands before and after meals, and educate children to wash their hands in the right way to prevent diseases. The occurrence of this, and actively cooperate with the garden doctors to do a comprehensive inspection of the child's body.

Third, the aspect of education and cooperation:

As a childcare teacher, it is also very important to cooperate with the teaching of class teachers. Whenever the teacher is conducting teaching activities, I will take the initiative to cooperate with the teacher to do what I can, such as sending children's books, painting oil paper, guiding children to paint, doing manual work, making games, telling stories, and so on. I also often organize young children to carry out teaching activities, write home contact books, call parents, etc. when the teacher on duty suddenly has something to do. Thanks to my active cooperation, I got the affirmation and praise from the class teacher, and my own quality has also been improved.

Fourth, personal learning:

In order to improve my physique and skills, I insisted on learning about early childhood education and tried to look at the research on the cultivation of young children's self-care ability. In May 2019, in the Kaifu District Paper Competition, won the third prize, and the conservation skills contest won the second prize in the region...
