How should young people grasp their own destiny? Recalling my career, all the answers are in it. I can finally tell young people who are eager to succeed how to pursue success.
The experience of New Oriental has enabled me to practice a good level of speech. Every time I talk to college students and young professionals who are listening to my speech, they are asking me the same question: "How does a young man grasp his own destiny? What is your experience?" I know clearly that people's experiences are difficult to copy. My experience is not suitable for most people, so every time I can only answer honestly, honestly, diligently and intelligently.
How should young people grasp their own destiny? Recalling my career, all the answers are in it. I can finally tell young people who are eager to succeed how to pursue success.
First, be an honest, upright person. In our fast-growing economy, the accelerated pace of life has completely changed the way people interact. People seem to have forgotten that basic honesty and integrity are the foundation of a person's foothold in society. An old Jewish proverb says this: If you don't give your best things to others first, the wealth of your life will never turn into money. Sharing and win-win is always the cornerstone of a social operation. Whether it is with people or with partners, this is a prerequisite for success. Maybe you are playing smart once or twice, but you have lost the future. Honesty and integrity, the basic truth that most people understand in the second year of the National Primary School, many young people at this stage do not understand. Few people admit this reality, but when you think about the “good choices” and “right choices” in your life, think carefully about the choices you made when you saw similar situations in your previous life.
Second, we must look far. The essential gap in intelligence has become negligible in the Chinese college student class, but why do some people have a smooth ride and some people have nothing to do? If you want to be big, you can make it bigger. It is the answer. Chinese college students rarely make long-term plans for their careers, and the pressures of life, such as hukou and job stability, have become the main yardstick for people to decide their future. The hardships of the college entrance examination make the lucky ones admitted to the university feel like they have already Success, no one knows that graduation into society is the real beginning of life. Life has another choice at the moment of graduating from college.
I graduated from a school called North China University of Technology in Beijing. During my growth, I don't remember that I asked myself: "Can I teach in New Oriental? Can I go to Yale? Finally, since you have chosen your career, love it as much as possible, never tell yourself that you don't like it, no one forces you, why do you do what you don't like?
