No failure if you don’t give up

Work can cure everything, try to be busy. Even if work fails, it is better than doing nothing. Only giving up is the real failure. You should be convinced that you must work before you harvest.

Many people are completely negative about their work, and I am very surprised by this. When I ask someone how he works, he might say, "I have just been on Monday, I guess it is not too bad." Or "very good, because today is the weekend." Eighty percent of the timepieces are used to tell people when it is time to end their work. This is an unfortunate fact. Many workers want to get off work early, instead of working hard.

No matter how smooth and easy it is to go, there are always people who will fall behind. By the same token, no matter how difficult it is to move forward, there is always someone who is desperate to go ahead. Recently, when I was speaking in Las Vegas, I was told that there was an entertainment casino in the area that was large enough to accommodate two football fields. There are hundreds of facilities in this mega-building that are used to play money for the game of gains and losses, but there is no clock inside. The reason is very, there are many reasons for people to gamble, but mainly to enjoy gambling. They are concentrating on gambling and completely forget the time. Casino owners obviously don't want the clock to remind gamblers. As a result, many people gamble for hours. Under normal circumstances, they will bet that there is no article left or sleepy on the table. I believe that if gamblers are so absorbed in their careers, they will accomplish great things and satisfy them, and all of them will not be available on the table.

Work is an attitude

When I first entered the business world, I often heard the orator say that it takes a lot of sacrifice for a person to climb to the peak. After I became a speaker, I often repeated these feelings. However, as the years passed, I began to understand that most people who are climbing to the peak are not paying the price.

They work hard because they really enjoy their work. Senior people in any industry are completely committed to what they are doing, concentrate on their hard work, work hard and love the work they are doing, and this will naturally succeed. They choose jobs that take time, on the surface they see that they have jobs, in fact, it is work that takes them. In short, they have a very subtle attitude, and often can turn monotonous and hard work into pure joy. This is why I have always stressed that a correct psychological attitude is very important.
