Whether a person is kind, the key is to look at these three points.

Li Ka-shing once said: "You can cooperate with others. If you are profitable, you can take seven points and you can get eight points. Then we can get six points for Li." The highest level of savvy is kindness.

"Zhou Yi Kun" said: "The gentleman carries the virtues." Those who are kind, can control themselves and gallop across the sea; those who are kind, can be arrogant, and serve people with morality. People are willing to interact with people of kindness, because they can make people feel at ease and feel trustworthy.

But in a world of thousands, thousands of people, each person's character has its own characteristics. Is there any way to see if a person is kind or slow? The key is to observe its spiritual connotation.

If a person has the following three qualities, then we can say that this person is basically a kind person.

First, a kind person, must be good at heart

Kindness has nothing to do with talent and knowledge. It is a virtue related to human nature. If a person will always consider himself and not consider others, then his heart is not open-minded. A person who can be called a kind person must be someone who can think for others everywhere.

Thinking for others is to hope that the lives of others will be happy. To think for others is to hope that the lives of others are less difficult. Therefore, such people can basically do empathy.

The ancients said that they should not be evil, but not be good or small. Although empathy is only a small good deed, people of kindness have this quality. They are passionate about charity, devote themselves to group careers, or play an active role in community work. So people are happy to delegate responsibility to them.

Second, the kind person must be upright

If goodness means thinking for others, then the meaning of integrity is that things can be measured by the criteria of "whether right or wrong." Those who are kind, must be upright, they have a clear and solid set of values, and they can make judgments that are reasonable in the face of trivial matters.

A person who is upright will not judge according to his own interests, but will repeatedly observe his own conscience. What can be tolerated and what cannot be forgiven. There is a line in their hearts, and there is a ruler in the heart. Once they crossed this line, they immediately became alert and took action to defend their own right and wrong.

In the face of bullying the old and young, they can come out to boycott in time; in the face of the robbery of passers-by, they can manage to fight and fight. This is the performance of people of kindness.

Third, people of kindness must be rigorous

Confucius said: "The gentleman is not arrogant, the villain is not arrogant." The so-called "Thai" is as stable as Taishan, and it is rigorous. Such people are people who can trust others. Such people can make others feel at ease. People can therefore be called people of kindness.

In life, we will always meet some people, they will lose things and do not go to the end, whenever we hand over things to their hands, it will inevitably feel worried and anxious. In fact, this is not a kind of performance.

A kind person must be rigorous in doing things, and everything can be implemented. He can have a keen insight into every detail and every inconspicuous place, and resolutely solve small problems. Being rigorous can only be called a kind person.

Kindness, not aimless, tolerate others' willingness to violate the principle. The kind words are not blindly "old good people", preferring their own rights and interests to be repeatedly violated and not protesting.

Kindness is a kind of tolerance and lenient on the basis of distinguishing between right and wrong, so the way they do things is extremely rigorous. When we meet such people in our lives, we should increase our interaction and learn from our hearts.
