Second, the construction project environmental protection approval work time limit

1. Environmental impact report form, environmental registration form approval: Within 20 days from the date of acceptance, the approval or non-approval decision is made and the project unit is notified in writing.
2. The environmental impact assessment document to be submitted for approval by the province shall be submitted, and the preliminary review opinion shall be made within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the application.

Third, the mining registration and certification work time limit

Mining registration and issuance: It shall be closed within 30 days from the date of acceptance.

Fourth, the window acceptance service program

1. Review the application materials: If the materials are not complete, they will not accept the materials, and inform the materials that are missing at one time; those who have complete materials will be registered and sent back to the receipt.
2. Transfer the accepted materials and business acceptance cards to the stock office within one working day, and handle the stock room within the specified time and report to the bureau for approval and feedback back to the window. The explanation that cannot be handled is justified to the sponsor after the reasons are justified.
3. After the sponsor pays the fee at the specified time and at the specified place, he/she will go to the window to receive the result.
4. If there are special circumstances, notify the sponsor in time.
5. The applicant should be in contact with the window personnel in principle. If you want to meet other people and the leaders of the bureau, you should agree with the window personnel in advance.
