1. Second, the public commitment content and time limit
1. In the transfer and change business, the individual business of second-hand housing in the business of change, inheritance, gift, renewal, loss of replacement, purchase of public property, change, listing of housing and housing reform, etc., will be implemented as “snap-and-pay”.
2. In addition to the eight types of business that are transferred immediately after the transfer, other businesses such as commercial housing sales, unit stock transfer, etc. will complete the registration and issuance work within 3 effective working days from the date of acceptance;
3. The initial registration of the property rights of the house shall be completed and registered within 3 effective working days from the date of acceptance;
4. The mortgage registration of the house will be completed and registered within 3 effective working days from the date of acceptance;
5. The application for pre-sale permit for commercial housing shall be completed and registered within one effective working day from the date of acceptance;
6. The time limit for the transfer of housing accumulation fund by the sales department: one working day of 20 people or less, 10 working days for 100 people, and no more than 15 working days;
7. The time limit for the withdrawal of the housing provident fund from the sales department: the individual withdrawal is completed on the same day, the unit collective withdrawal is completed within 20 working days, and the work is completed within 3 working days of 100 persons, and the maximum is no more than 15 working days;
8. Time limit for housing provident fund loan business:
The formalities for providing complete credit services were reviewed on the same day;
The materials for the guarantee formalities are fully submitted and the credit department has completed the review, and the processing is completed within 7 working days from the date of acceptance;
The Credit Section regularly makes monthly payments.
