In accordance with the company's project responsibility management system, I accept the company's arrangements, assume full responsibility for project management, and promise to the company as follows:

1. Strictly fulfill the contractual contents of the company and the general contractor.

2. Handling all matters on the construction site within the scope of the company's authority.

3. Full responsibility for the quality, safety and progress of the project.

4. Signing a labor contract with migrant workers.

5. Accept the company's supervision over the use of funds to ensure that the wages of migrant workers are in place in time.

6. Voluntary undertaking of equipment, auxiliary materials and turnover materials.

7. If the project requires a deposit, I am responsible for it and willing to return the deposit.

Does not affect the wages of migrant workers, if there is any impact, the company has the right to pay wages.

8. Obey the relevant regulations of the company and formulate the project management system according to the requirements of the company.

9. Turn over to the company according to the total project cost: management fee profit

X. Undertake all economic responsibilities of this project and assume responsibility for profits and losses.
