2. Listen to the opinions and suggestions of teachers and students on the department. And satisfaction with logistics and industrial style.
3. Open three meetings: First, open a full-member democratic life meeting in the industry and logistics, carry out criticism and self-criticism, and examine the gaps and deficiencies in the work style of the post; second, organize party members and cadres to conduct an analysis and discussion. Will, sort out the problems, find out the main problems, discuss the rectification measures; the third is to open a symposium on cadres at or above the department level, and further clarify the responsibilities of the previous posts, and sit in the right place. And each cadre and staff of the agency are required to write a service commitment letter in duplicate for their job duties, in one copy, one to the department leader, one to the office, and one to be in charge of the leadership.
Third, this semester has changed several aspects of the organization's work style immediately.
1. The first question is responsible.
The logistics and industrial staff are not divided into sections. As long as the teachers and students reflect the problem to them, it is strictly forbidden to shirk. It is the comrade who is responsible for this work to carefully record and listen to opinions, what can be done within the scope of authority, and what should be done. It is necessary to clearly state the processing time. 2. Service commitment.
(1) In the maintenance service, urgent problems, such as problems with the upper and lower water, and problems with the electricity, the first-come comrades should immediately deal with them. Report to the in charge of the leadership, contact the head office, and immediately go to the scene to help handle.
(2) The general problem that should be solved in the maintenance service, the principle is processed within one week, and the processing result is fed back to the department or the person.
(3) Large-scale service projects, reporting budgets and reports within one week, and organizing implementation after approval by the dean. After the completion and final accounts are reported, the acceptance and workload review will be completed within two weeks and immediately reported to the audit department for review.
(4) The specific departments and comrades responsible for the division, maintenance, greening, sanitation and other routine management departments, office leaders and divisions must go to the classroom, dormitory, canteen, campus attractions, power distribution rooms, pump rooms, etc. for one-line research in a timely manner. Finding the situation, changing the passive maintenance to the active service, and actually changing the negative change situation of waiting, relying on and coping.
Fourth, seriously review and implement rewards and punishments.
In the current semester, the first question is responsible, and the basis of the service commitment activity is accepted by the college organization at the end of the semester. After the results of the evaluation are released, the general branch committee organizes a special meeting for the poorly reviewed departments and comrades to conduct analysis and research, and work with the parties to formulate improvement measures. In the next semester, based on the actual situation of our department, on the basis of the relevant reward and punishment measures of the college, formulate rewards and punishments and gradually implement them.
