1. The contract period for the approval project is shortened by half compared with the original. The original general work of the fire protection design review for construction projects is completed within 10 working days, and is now shortened to 5 working days; the acceptance of construction projects is shortened from the original 17 jobs to 10 working days. The original 5 working days for completion and fire safety inspections are shortened to 2 working days. If the drawings and materials are inconsistent, the drawings and information notices shall be issued within 3 working days after acceptance, and the reporting unit shall be notified to re-deliver, and the reporting unit shall be notified at one time; the approval period shall be counted from the date of completing the drawings and materials.
Second, in the urgent need of the principle of emergency; qualified to do things, immediately, do not meet the conditions to inform the unit once, pointing out how to rectify.
Third, put an end to the circumstances of the people, declined to say the situation, the project declaration should be declared by the construction unit, and should not be entrusted to the construction and design units.
