Food aquaculture product quality commitment

In order to ensure the safety, hygiene and quality requirements of edible aquatic products in Nanhui District, this undertaking is formulated in accordance with the “Regulations on the Quality and Safety Management of Aquaculture” and the “Interim Measures for the Safety Supervision of Edible Agricultural Products in Shanghai”.

Before the product is put on the market, the legal person of the edible aquatic product breeding unit promises to the local district fishery authority or the town agricultural center that the safety and health quality of the product is as follows:

1. Party A's breeding water surface is located in the __ _ town __ _ village __ _ group, total water surface ___ acres. Organize aquaculture production in accordance with the requirements of the “Shanghai Municipal Aquaculture Healthy Aquaculture Practices”;

2. The aquatic fingerlings used by Party A for aquaculture are purchased from aquatic seedlings farms that have obtained aquatic product seed production licenses at the municipality or other provinces and cities;

3. Party A uses the ny5072-XX pollution-free food and fishery cooperative feed safety limit or the fishery feed produced by the manufacturer that can provide the product quality commitment letter;

4. Party A uses the ny5071-XX pollution-free food and fishery drug use guidelines or purchases and uses three fishermen's products with complete certificates, and does not use or store fishery products that are prohibited by the state;

5. The water for aquaculture of Party A meets the requirements of ny5051-XX pollution-free food freshwater aquaculture water quality standards;

6. Party A must strictly implement the above commitments. If food poisoning does not occur in accordance with the above standards, the farmers will bear all economic and legal responsibilities.

The above commitments shall become effective upon signature by both parties. Valid for one year.

The letter of commitment is in triplicate, and both the signing party and the superior supervisor file each copy.
