In order to further standardize the production of pigs into Shanghai, improve the standardized production level and market competitiveness of pigs in our province, and ensure the safety of people in Shanghai and the health of the body, the safety commitments are signed with the consent of both parties.
1. Party A shall promptly publicize relevant national laws, regulations and relevant provisions of Shanghai to Party B, actively coordinate with all aspects of Shanghai, and urge local animal epidemic prevention supervision agencies to do a good job in the production and sales of Party B's registered members in Shanghai. Supervision of all links and quarantine of pigs.
2. Under the supervision of Party A, Party B shall, in accordance with relevant state laws, regulations and relevant regulations of Shanghai, direct and supervise the member units to strictly carry out activities such as pig production and management in accordance with national and local safety production management technical standards or norms, and urge them to enter Shanghai. The member units strengthen the self-discipline behavior of the industry and ensure that all pigs for Shanghai are healthy and safe.
3. Party A shall apply for registration in Shanghai according to the requirements of Shanghai. However, all members of Party B must be examined and accepted by Party A, and notified by Shanghai Veterinary Health Supervision and Administration Office before entering Shanghai. Other Party B members who have not been confirmed by Party A to enter Shanghai may not enter Shanghai in the name of Party B. If Party B's member needs to register for Shanghai, it must be approved by Party B and Party B will apply.
4. Party B's membership in Shanghai must establish and improve the prevention system for swine epidemics, standardize the procedures for immunization, disinfection, drug use, harmless treatment, and epidemic treatment of pigs, and ensure that the national banned substances such as “clenbuterol” are not used in the production process. Production according to standardized procedures, and at the same time accept the quarantine, inspection and supervision of the local county and municipal animal epidemic prevention supervision agencies. If Party B's member units do not accept supervision, the local animal epidemic prevention supervision agency has the right not to issue the procedures for entering Shanghai, and handle it according to relevant state regulations.
5. Party B and the members of Shanghai have signed a commitment letter on pig production safety. If the member unit violates the safety and quality commitment, it cannot guarantee the health and safety of the pigs produced. Once found, it must immediately cancel the registration qualification of the members in Shanghai and notify them in time. square. If other Party B members who have not been confirmed by Party A to enter Shanghai are to enter Shanghai in the name of Party B, they will be dealt with seriously. The economic losses and legal liabilities caused by Party B's member units violating the above commitments shall be borne by Party B and the member units.
6. This Letter of Commitment shall come into effect on the date of signature, in triplicate. Each Party A and Party B shall hold one copy and the Shanghai Veterinary Health Supervision and Management Office shall keep one copy.
