Students' off-campus housing should sign a safety commitment

I am a class student and apply for off-campus accommodation in accordance with the College's “Regulations on Students' Accommodation Outside Schools”.

1. Providing relevant information such as proof materials for off-campus housing is true and reliable.

2. Ensuring compliance with national laws and regulations, obeying the rules and regulations of the school, not doing things that are inconsistent with the identity of the students, not engaging in any activities that impair the image of the school, attending classes on time and attending the activities of the college.

3. The school has explained to me the possible consequences of off-campus housing and my own responsibilities, and I promise to strengthen the self-protection of personal and property safety. In the event of various types of injury accidents, the responsibility will be borne in accordance with Articles 12, 13, 14 and other relevant laws of the Student Injury Accident Treatment Measures, and the school shall not be liable for any reason.

4. If my place of residence changes, I will immediately report the detailed address and effective contact information of the house to the school.

The above content will be legally effective after being signed by the person or the parent, and will be binding on the person. If I have violated the contents of this commitment, I am willing to bear the corresponding responsibility. Matters not covered in this letter of commitment shall be implemented in accordance with the “Measures for the Handling of Student Injury Accidents” and other relevant laws.
