After the initial review, the project of the review meeting shall be submitted, and the construction unit and the design unit shall be consulted to hold the review meeting time, and the review summary will be issued within 15 working days after the opening of the review meeting. After reviewing the revised planning project according to the planning review opinions or review minutes, the review will be submitted within 15 working days.
2. Planning and site selection and verification For those who have the conditions for issuance of certificates and meet the requirements for land use planning, after formal acceptance, the examination and approval procedures will be completed within 20 working days.
For special circumstances that require the coordination of relevant departments or the need to submit a report to the municipal government, the review opinions shall be submitted within 20 working days; and the approval procedures shall be completed within 20 working days from the date of receipt of the approved files.
3. After the project construction and construction project with the conditions of the construction project has been accepted, the approval will be completed within 20 working days.

Second, commitment to supervision and breach of responsibility

The bureau has a monitoring and leading group to implement the social service commitment system, which is responsible for supervising the implementation of the commitment system. Set up a supervision and complaint mailbox. If you find that the staff violates the promised work discipline, please complain to the supervision box of this office. The Bureau will give a reply within 15 days after receiving the complaint. The personnel who delay the work will be dealt with according to the relevant regulations or submitted to the relevant departments for handling. If a special situation cannot be processed within the promised time, we will promptly explain to the customer.

Third, other matters

1. The above-mentioned commitment time limit refers to the processing time of the project in this Council. Reporting to the higher-level departments or projects requiring the relevant departments to coordinate and approve each other, the time is not included in the scope of the commitment time limit of this Council.
2. The “working day” in the commitment time limit refers to the legal working time.
3. For projects that have been approved in advance, the bureau will notify the construction unit or individual in time.
