University work-study commitment

I voluntarily accept the on-campus work-study job offered by the xxx University Student ECG Work-study Service Sub-center, and consciously abide by various related systems. I solemnly promise:
1. Actively and seriously treat the work, have a sense of responsibility, and if problems are found, promptly report to the base post management department or the instructor;
2. Familiar with the work content, nature and requirements of the position, not late, not early leave, not leaving the post during the post, and completing the work in time;
3. If there is a special reason, you can't get on the job, make sure to ask the teacher in advance for leave, and do a good job of coordination; if there is a shift, explain the situation to the teacher in advance;
4. There are no more than one student in the school;
5. Familiar with the salary assessment method of the position and the work equivalent of the position, fill in the salary assessment form at the end of each month, and submit it to the responsible person in time. If it is found that there is a phenomenon of forgery of work, voluntarily accept the corresponding punishment;
6. Voluntary responsibility for the loss of the post due to violation of the work discipline or operational requirements of the work-study position;
7. Report the valid bank card number to the post management department of the college base in time. If the bank card is lost or changed, notify the base post management department in time;
8. If the position is transferred or the position is dismissed, the application will be submitted to the base post management department two weeks in advance;
9. Actively cooperate with the post management work of the base post management department, faithfully reflect the work, study, and living conditions, and be obliged to participate in the meeting held by the base post management department;
10. Do learning first, work as a supplement, study and work. Make sure the exam is not linked;
11. If there is a conflict or conflict with others during the work process, seek the relevant responsible person or the instructor to negotiate and resolve;
12. In the course of work, the legitimate rights and interests of individuals shall be safeguarded. When the legitimate rights and interests of individuals are damaged, they shall be coordinated through relevant responsible persons in a timely manner.
13. Accept the comprehensive assessment of the base post management department. If the work attitude is extremely poor, and the work of the base post management department and the position instructor is not matched, the post will be retired. All the on-the-job students must cooperate.
