If the supplier finds that the supplier has unfair competition or malicious collusion in the government procurement activities, it shall promptly report to the organizer or the financial department of the government procurement review work and stop it;

Answer relevant questions or questions about relevant issues in government procurement review work;

Objectively and impartially participate in government procurement review work, without any interference during the review process, independently submit review opinions, and assume responsibility for their own review opinions.

Do not participate in the review activities of government procurement projects that are of interest to you. For evaluation projects that are of interest to them, if they are invited, they should take the initiative to evade. The interest relationship mainly refers to having served in the procurement project supplier or serving as a consultant within three years. The spouse or immediate family member is employed or serves as a consultant in the supplier participating in the procurement project, and has participated in the procurement project supplier. 3. If the government procurement review expert has one of the following conditions, it will be notified or recorded as a bad behavior:

The review project experts who have been selected as a project and have accepted the invitation have not participated in the review as required, which affects the government procurement work;

In the assessment work, there is a clear tendency or discrimination;

Violation of government procurement regulations, disclosure of relevant assessments and other information to the outside world;

Can not answer or refuse to answer the inquiry from the purchaser as required;

Without prior knowledge, the review comments violated the government procurement policy.

4. If the government procurement review expert has one of the following conditions, the financial department will cancel the qualification of the government procurement review expert:

Deliberately and seriously damage the legitimate rights and interests of purchasers, suppliers, etc.;

Violation of the state's regulations on integrity and self-discipline, privately contacting or accepting the property or benefits of suppliers and related business units involved in government procurement activities;

Violation of government procurement regulations to disclose relevant assessments and other information to the outside world, which will have a substantial impact on procurement results;

The assessment experts have reached a private agreement, which violates the principles of fairness and openness, and influences and intervenes in the results of the review;

Engage in other activities that undermine the image of government procurement in the name of government procurement;

Falsify and defraud to obtain the qualification of the accredited expert;

The review comments are seriously in violation of the relevant government procurement policies.

5. If the individual's violation of the assessment expert causes economic losses to the relevant unit, the assessment expert shall bear the responsibility for economic compensation, and if it constitutes a crime, it shall be transferred to the judicial organ for criminal responsibility.
