Legal representative's commitment to safety production

In order to establish a long-term mechanism for the safety commitment system in safety production and ensure the safety and stability throughout the year, according to the "Safety Production Law of the People's Republic of China" and the relevant requirements of the safety production regulations, I act as the legal representative of the unit and work on the safety production of the unit. Take full responsibility and solemnly promise as follows:

First, actively implement the main responsibility of the unit's work safety production, establish and improve the safety production responsibility system and various rules and regulations, and strictly enforce; establish safety management institutions and staff with safety management personnel. Conscientiously accept the supervision and management of the higher authorities, and effectively implement the responsibility for safety work to the departments and responsible persons and each employee.

Second, actively implement and establish a sound safety production responsibility system and strictly enforce it. Establish safety production management organizations according to regulations and equip safety management personnel. Fire-fighting facilities, equipment, and emergency lighting fixtures are equipped as required, and the evacuation passages are unblocked.

3. Regularly organize employees to carry out education and training activities on safety knowledge and fire protection knowledge to improve the safety awareness and safety business skills of employees. Make the practitioners "four understand four meetings", and be able to deal with various events decisively and correctly.

4. Implement effective detection and monitoring of major dangerous sources and key accident-prone areas; implement emergency measures for key parts and key positions, establish a regular inspection system; formulate emergency rescue plans for safety accidents, and conduct regular drills.

5. Eliminate illegal command, illegal operation, violation of labor discipline, and blindly operate “three violations”.

6. In the event of a special or major liability accident, the production shall be suspended immediately, and the corresponding administrative penalties and economic penalties shall be accepted and the corresponding legal liabilities shall be assumed.
