Food business commitment


In order to conscientiously implement the Food Safety Law and maintain food safety, xx Trading Co., Ltd. xx Branch solemnly promises:
1. Strictly engage in food business activities in accordance with laws and regulations such as the Food Safety Law, be responsible to the society and the public, operate with integrity, ensure food safety, accept social supervision, and assume social responsibility.
2. The food material processing and food processing, packaging, storage and other venues that are compatible with the food variety and quantity of the operation, meet the following requirements:
The business premises maintain a prescribed distance from toxic and hazardous sites and other sources of pollution;
The business premises are separated from the personal living space;
The business premises keep the internal environment clean and tidy.
3. Equipment for disinfection, dressing, washing, lighting, lighting, ventilation, anti-corrosion, dust-proof, fly-proof, rodent-proof, insect-proof, washing, and treating waste water, storing garbage and waste, which are compatible with the variety and quantity of foods to be operated. Or facilities that meet the following requirements:
Equipment and facility space layout and operation process are designed reasonably;
Containers, tools and equipment for storage, transportation and handling of food are safe, harmless, clean, meet special requirements such as the temperature required to ensure food safety, and do not transport food together with toxic or hazardous materials;
There are a sufficient number of safe and harmless tools and containers, and the signs are obvious to prevent cross-contamination of direct imported foods and non-direct imported foods, raw materials and finished products;
Food containers, tools and equipment are strictly separated from personal household items.
Fourth, implement the health management system for employees. The business personnel conduct health checkups every year and obtain health certificates to engage in food business activities. Keep your personal hygiene, wash your hands when selling food, and wear clean work clothes and caps.
5. Equipped with full-time or part-time food safety management personnel to formulate rules and regulations to ensure food safety. The unit directly in charge of the unit that has been revoked the food production, circulation or restaurant service license shall not engage in food business management within five years from the date of the penalty decision.
Sixth, establish a system for inspection and record of food purchases. When purchasing food, check the supplier's license and food certification documents, and truthfully record the food name, specifications, quantity, production batch number, shelf life, supplier name and contact information, purchase date and so on. The food purchase inspection record is true and the retention period is not less than two years. Whenever the conditions are ripe, try to use electronic records to record the ledger.

7. Store food in accordance with the requirements for food safety, regularly check shelves and stocked foods, and timely clean up foods that have deteriorated or exceed the shelf life.
8. For self-inspection or unqualified foods announced by the administrative department, immediately take measures such as sealing off and stopping sales, notify relevant production operators and consumers, record the suspension of operation and notification, and assist in the recall of unqualified food. .
9. The content of food advertisements is true and legal, does not contain false or exaggerated content, and does not involve disease prevention and treatment functions.
X. Operating pre-packaged foods, meeting the following requirements:
Sold in accordance with the warning signs, warning instructions or precautions marked on the food label;
The package of imported pre-packaged food has a Chinese label and a Chinese manual, which indicate the name, address and contact information of the origin of the food and the domestic agent.
11. For the operation of bulk food, the following requirements are met:
Store bulk food, indicate the name of the food, date of manufacture, shelf life, production name and contact information in the storage location;
Selling bulk food, indicating the name of the food, the date of manufacture, the shelf life, the name of the producer and the contact person, and the contact information on the container and outer packaging of the bulk food;
12. For direct food imports, the following requirements are met:
Persons suffering from gastrointestinal infectious diseases such as dysentery, typhoid, viral hepatitis, and those suffering from diseases such as active tuberculosis, suppurative or exudative skin diseases that are harmful to food safety, are not engaged in business activities;
Have small packaging or use non-toxic, clean packaging materials, tableware;
Use non-toxic, clean vending tools;
Water consumption meets the national sanitary standards for drinking water;
The detergent and disinfectant used are safe and harmless to the human body;
13. For the operation of food storage, transportation and loading and unloading business, the following requirements are met:
Containers, tools and equipment for storing, transporting and handling food are safe, harmless and kept clean;
Do not store, transport and handle food together with toxic or hazardous materials.
14. In the operation of the food wholesale business, the following requirements are met:
The sales certificate with traceability function, truthfully record the name, specification, quantity, production batch number, shelf life, purchaser name and contact information, sales date, etc. of the food, one of which is used to establish the sales account;
When conditions permit, set up a food testing room, equipped with special testing equipment, and have full-time testing personnel to carry out food testing work every day, and publicize the test results in a conspicuous position.
15. The food market promoters, counter renters and trade fair organizers meet the following requirements:
Review the licenses of the food handlers entering the market, clarify the food safety management responsibilities of the food handlers, and regularly check the operating environment and conditions of the food handlers;
If the food business operator is found to have violated the relevant laws and regulations, it shall promptly stop and immediately report to the industrial and commercial department.
16. If there is any sale that knows that it is not in compliance with food safety standards, it promises to compensate consumers for the loss and pay ten times the price.
XVII. Consciously accept public supervision. After obtaining the food circulation permit, the original food circulation permit will be hung in a conspicuous place in the business premises.
18. If the above commitments are violated, they shall voluntarily accept the punishments given by the industrial and commercial departments in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations.
