In order to adapt to the market and highlight the characteristics of vocational education, according to the relevant regulations of the college, the 10th graduates began to produce first-line internships to strengthen skills training. Make students feel the life of the post and work in advance, learn the true skills, and lay a good foundation for future employment. In order to encourage students to cherish this internship, this safety commitment is formulated as follows:
1. Intern students must strictly abide by the factory's safe operating procedures and various safety rules and regulations, and assume responsibility for safety problems due to violation of regulations and non-compliance with relevant regulations.
2. Take the designated channel at the work site. Pay attention to all kinds of warnings, and it is strictly forbidden to cross the dangerous zone. It is strictly forbidden to stand and walk under the hanging object when the crane is heavy.
3, absolutely not allowed to take any public property of the factory. Once found, the internship qualification will be cancelled immediately, and the internship will be processed in accordance with the internship.
4. It is strictly forbidden to load the factory according to the regulations. Slippers, shorts and openers are not allowed to enter the work site.
5. Strictly observe the schedule of the factory. Those who are late or leave early for 5 times will be given a warning; if they are 10 times, they will be disqualified from the internship and will be disqualified according to the internship.
6. Intern students are not allowed to “play the posts”, “segregate posts”, “sleeping posts” and “empty posts”. This phenomenon immediately cancels the internship qualification and fails to pass the internship.
7. Intern students must obey the management of the factory, respect the master, and protect the public property. Those who violate the rules and regulations, do not respect the master, or damage the public property shall be given disciplinary action according to the rules of the school discipline. If the circumstances are serious or cause adverse effects, the internship qualification shall be cancelled.
8. If you have a leave of absence, you must obtain the consent of the internship unit and the team leader. Otherwise, you will be treated as completed. Those who complete a shift will be given a warning. Those who have completed two shifts will be given a count or leave a school. Those who have completed three shifts will be disqualified from the internship, regardless of the internship results, and will be treated according to the internship.
9. Obey the teachings of the master and operate the equipment strictly according to the operating procedures. I am responsible for personal and equipment injury accidents caused by obscurity and illegal operation.
10. Intern students must obey the management of the team leader, and there must be no such phenomenon as topping, bullying or unreasonable trouble. Those who have this phenomenon will be treated according to the internship.
11. During the internship, pay attention to safety. Do "three no" damage, do not hurt yourself, do not hurt others, do not let others hurt yourself.
12. Intern students should obey the daily management of the property management department, save water and electricity, organize internal affairs as required, and pay attention to public morality. The rest time must not be noisy or embarrassing. Eat at regular intervals, rest regularly, and the disciplinary will be handled according to school regulations.
13. Intern students are not allowed to do anything that is detrimental to the reputation of the Hong Kong Institute. Do not smoke, drink, swear, and not well. Those who violate the rules will be punished according to the circumstances until the qualification of the internship is cancelled.
14. If returned by the internship unit, the school will be given a disciplinary action, and those who have been returned by the internship unit will be expelled from school.
15. Students should pay attention to abide by social morality and maintain the reputation of the Hong Kong Institute. Do not do things that do not meet the student's identity. Do not interact with the social idlers, do not go to the Internet cafes, do not go to the video hall, do not go to the dining place to eat and drink. I am responsible for any personal injury caused by this.
16. During the internship, students should study hard and ask for an internship diary every day.
17. Keep your valuables in good condition and prevent them from being lost.
18. The power to interpret the terms of this Agreement shall be vested in the Department of Mechanical Engineering.
