In response to the actual situation of the employees of our company applying for residence, the company signed a commitment agreement with the applicants to agree on the behavioral norms, compliance, and personal safety of the employees. The specific terms are as follows:

1. Party B promises:

2. Be honest and trustworthy, fulfill the civil society ethics, be a civilized citizen, and consciously safeguard the company's reputation.

3. Enhance safety awareness, pay attention to personal safety, and keep your belongings, especially pay attention to safety in transportation, travel to and from the company, accommodation, and food. After living outside, you should be responsible for your personal and financial security.

4. Conscientiously abide by a series of rules and regulations formulated by the company to ensure that they are not late for work, do not leave early, do not complete work, strictly abide by the system of sales and sales, have a good work style, and complete the tasks of each department as required.

5. Consciously participate in various collective activities organized by the company and the department. Be careful to keep in touch with your company's colleagues and friends.

6. If the residential address and contact number are changed, you should go to the personnel or the department's team to register in time to ensure the smooth flow of information.

Second, the penalties for breach of commitment:

If you do not conscientiously perform the contents promised in the agreement after the residence, Party A will have the right to request the resident staff to immediately and unconditionally move back to the company's accommodation, and will be punished accordingly according to the company's rules and regulations.

Third, Party A promises:

Party A promises to maintain close contact and information communication with Party B during the stay of Party B.

4. This Agreement shall be made in triplicate, and Party A and Party B shall each save one copy.
