Household tenancy commitment

I stayed at the "home of xx" in the form of a rented bed on ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

1. Comply with the laws and regulations of the state and local governments, and do not fight.

2. Comply with social ethics and do a good job in neighborhood and room relations without harassing residents.

3. The nature of use and the structure of the house will not be changed during the stay, and the facilities and supplies in the room will not be damaged.

4. Do not change beds or use bedding on other beds during your stay.

5, do not keep pets, do not allow to stay in the same sex, do not carry prohibited items, do not engage in illegal activities, do not sublease others.

6. When the rent is withdrawn, the rental supplies provided by the leasing party will be returned at the same time.

7. If the house leased by the leaser expires, it can be exchanged in the nearest area.

8. Correctly save water, electricity and gas, and not waste energy; any liability and loss caused by improper use are not related to the leasing party, and I am personally responsible.

9. If there is any violation of the above commitments, the deposit paid at the time of the previous check-in will not be refunded.

10. The termination of the lease due to force majeure is not the responsibility of both parties.

The next rent will be paid on time 5 days in advance; if there is arrears, the daily rental fee will be paid to Party A according to the standard of 20 yuan/day. After more than 5 days, we can retreat, and all items left and stored in the rented room can be regarded as discards, and the leaser has the right to dispose of it at will.
