First, teach and educate people

I must not only build bridges between book knowledge and students, but also work hard to comprehensively develop students' all-round development in moral, intellectual, and physical aspects. People-oriented, respect individual characteristics, provide and create as much space as possible for each student's personality development.

Second, the cornerstone of love

True love is priceless, influences with love, embraces with love, communicates with love. Our students are still ignorant children, and they have the most acceptable language to communicate with them - true love. Teaching and educating people must start from true love.

Third, pioneering and innovative

There is no fixed law, and the objective existence of individual differences in students requires that we can not be uniform when we teach. We only continue to accumulate and constantly innovate.
