As an old party member with a ten-year-old party age, since participating in the initiative to compete for excellence, I have seriously reflected on my daily work and life, in light of the requirements of the "five good", "five-lead" and pioneering competition. With great mobilization and transformation, we are determined to immediately take the exemplary characters as the standard, do our best in our work, keep in mind the mission, and strive to have breakthroughs, innovations, and changes in our work. I believe that the exemplary role of party members is not in the verbal but should be implemented in action. Can not be the giant of language, the dwarf of action, the first to compete for excellence and truth. In combination with my job responsibilities and the work of the staff, I have made the following commitments to the party organizations, leaders, and comrades:
First, strengthen learning and raise awareness. To learn to arm the mind, improve the level of thought, and raise the level of understanding. Actively participate in the political theory study organized by the Party branch, study the "three represents", "the scientific development concept", the important speech of the xx secretary, the spirit of the 17th National Congress, etc., and learn from the solid political theory to further define the values, outlook on life, and world view. To promote harmony, to improve professionalism by business learning, not only to actively study the relevant materials of the subject--Chinese language, but also to study the magazines such as People's Education, Shaanxi Education and Research, Middle School Chinese Teaching Reference, and Middle School Chinese. Journals, high standards, high requirements, drawing on advanced curriculum reform concepts, drawing on excellent teaching methods. For the study of teaching materials and the study of curriculum standards, we strive to be deep and refined, and to be bold. At the same time, we must continue to expand and broaden the scope of learning, and the part-time disciplines—the politics and geography of the country, must be carefully studied. As an educator, we must learn more about the country's latest education policy, familiarize yourself with the "National Education Standards Outline", understand the national education development trend, keep pace with the times, and become a social wave.
Second, obey the rules and discipline, and be strict with yourself. There is no rule, no rules, only serious discipline, and conscientiously follow the rules and regulations of the unit, in order to avoid the style of party members, otherwise everything is just empty talk. To get to work on time, not late, not to leave early, save the unit public property, not wasting a piece of electricity, a piece of paper. Standardize the words and deeds of the Communist Party of China and the basic requirements of the work of the teaching and research staff, and make every move. Taking the requirements of the three years of "educational normative management year", "style of education rectification" and "creating the first to compete for excellence" as the reference standard of their daily behavior, correcting the work attitude, and keeping the four in mind: First, Do not be proud in front of the results, do not rush in front of the honor, do not retreat in front of the work, do not relax in front of the task, take the "five-lead" as the direction of advancement, and strive to be the unit to observe the scale of the standard .
Third, based on the position, abide by the duties. In response to personal duties, I have to do: the temporary work assigned is completed ahead of time, and the usual routine work is not flawed, and the individual's key work is characterized. Work hard on the eight words of efficiency, pragmatism, truth-seeking and innovation. I must not only do my own full-time work, do a good job in the research and guidance of the Chinese language teaching in the county, take charge of the daily work of the Chinese language club, but also do a good job in the financial logistics of the unit. Properly handle the relationship between my job and part-time work, and do research and guidance, logistics support. Going to school can guide classroom teaching in depth, promote advanced experience, lead teachers to combine reality, actively summarize and refine, boldly innovate, explore innovation, improve teaching methods, optimize chemical law, continuously improve classroom teaching efficiency, and promote the quality of subject teaching To promote the overall development of other work in the school, and truly achieve the radiation effect of “recruiting one subject, promoting one and pushing one side”; sitting on the unit, taking a careful, prudent and steady working attitude, doing a diligent and active way of doing things Finance, manage the daily expenses of the unit. In short, it is necessary to make overall plans and balance, rationally allocate time and energy, and strive for the leadership and part-time work to reassure the leaders, to satisfy the comrades, and to allow the teachers to recognize them.
Fourth, the heart of the overall situation, the service base. As a teaching and researcher, we must do a good job of guiding, guiding, and serving. As a member of the teaching and research staff, we must go to the front of other comrades in order to be worthy of the glorious and sacred title of the Communist Party of China. The teaching and research section is the main department of teaching research and guidance in the county. There are many people and things, and the teaching and research work is very complicated. The limited manpower has to do unlimited things, and the limited time has to do unlimited work. Therefore, only when there is no side to heart, can you broaden your horizons. To compete for excellence is to be willing to endure hardship, to endure hardships, to suffer hardships, to take responsibility, and to actively accept work tasks. Based on this, in the usual work, we must focus on the overall situation, the whole county, and put the interests of the individual under the collective interest, first and then the individual; in front of the honor, first others. For the work assigned by the leadership, it is not shirking, not mentioning the conditions, and not doing anything. We must treat every teacher at the grassroots level with a sincere heart, a peaceful heart, and a modest heart. Do a good job in service, timely deliver the latest educational reform information to teachers; do a good job in guiding work, modify teacher manuscripts, and improve the theoretical level of teachers; go deep into the classroom, do a good job of guiding the bad tendencies and formalism; and refine common problems in research Organize seminars in a timely manner to create a communication platform for all teachers; use all opportunities to provide strong conditions for teachers to grow.
