The members of the leadership team of the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau are honest and self-disciplined

In order to conscientiously implement the "Several Guidelines for the Integrity of the Party Members of the Communist Party of China", according to the "Articles of the Communist Party of China", combined with the actual work, I have made the following commitments of honesty and self-discipline:
1. Do not use the influence of authority and position to seek illegitimate interests, not to request, accept, occupy management and the financial services of the target unit or individual;

3. Obey the provisions of public financial management and use without reimbursement of public funds or payment of expenses that should be borne by individuals;
No public money travel or disguised public money travel;
Do not participate in high-consumption entertainment and fitness activities without public funds.
4. Compliance with the requirements of selecting and appointing cadres shall not take unfair means to seek positions for themselves or others;
Do not conceal or distort the truth in the work of cadres;
In the work of selecting and appointing cadres, they will make a vow to seal their official duties, be crony, and engage in malpractice.
5. Do not use the influence of duties and duties to seek benefits for relatives and staff around them. No public funds are required to pay for the study, training, travel, etc. of spouses, children and their spouses, and other relatives;
Do not allow spouses, children and their spouses, other relatives, and staff around them to seek personal gain in their own name;
Do not provide convenience for spouses, children and their spouses, and other relatives to conduct business or run businesses;
6. Adhere to hard work, diligence and thrift, not providing or accepting receptions exceeding the prescribed standards in official activities;
Not equipped, purchased, replaced, decorated or used in violation of regulations;
Do not violate the regulations to decide or approve the use of public funds or to organize various celebrations through apportionment.
7. Obeying professional ethics is not a matter of wedding and funeral;
Not in the social security, policy support, disaster relief relief distribution of matters such as friends and relatives;
Do not obtain the honor, title, education, degree and other benefits by improper means;
Do not engage in activities that have social ethics, professional ethics, and family virtues.
8. Strengthen self-discipline supervision and actively participate in democratic life meetings and debriefing deeds, conduct inspections against this commitment, and earnestly carry out criticism and self-criticism;
Reporting personal matters to the party organization truthfully and consciously accepting supervision;
If you violate this promise, you are willing to accept criticism, education, organization, disciplinary action, or pursue legal liability.
